Very nice and pretty location, in the middle of the Olivers and pine trees. Simple but very pleasant accommodation. Very well-maintained and very quiet swimming pool. A little haven of peace that we left with regret. Salvatore is always responsive. The lady and her husband who lives on the property are very kind. Looking forward to coming back someday. We recommend without worries.

We were allowed to spend a week in this beautiful villa The view of the lake is incredibly beautiful. The owners and Antonio who took over the check in were always approachable and gave us great tips on beaches restaurants, etc. Regards, Family König

Impeccable cleanliness, sheets and towels included and quality, kitchen equipped with everything you need and even more (there is also a dishwasher), perfect rooms for a family. Having 2 bathrooms (1 with shower and the other without) is a plus, not considering the outdoor shower (hot). The house is equipped with solar panels, during the day you can use the energy without thinking of extra costs. The location is very good, in the middle of the small village, facing the sea. Next to the street, on the other side of the street, there is a great restaurant/pizzeria. The beach in front of the house is free and very large, the owners leave an umbrella and two sunbeds available for guests, to be taken down daily. Beautiful and very clean sea. The pool was the highlight of the house. It is ideal for days when the wind is too strong and the sea is too agitated, you can enjoy the sun and bathe in tranquility. Very kind owners, who leave nothing to chance!!

My stay at the bungalow was simply wonderful. The place is very modern, comfortable and was spotless. The whole environment is a real garden. There are flowers, well-kept grass, animals and a connection with nature that invites you to rest. The views are beautiful, especially the sunset that can be seen in total tranquility from the pool, for example, which is in a closed area so you can enjoy it at any time of day. The location is excellent, very close to the airport, just 10 minutes away, and getting there is easy because it is well signposted. In addition, the host was very friendly and helpful at all times, which made the experience even better. Ideal for those looking for a quiet place, surrounded by greenery and with all the amenities. I highly recommend it!

Very large and beautiful home. Make sure you understand that electricity and linens are an extra charge. However, do not let that discourage you from booking. Electrical fee was about 20 Euro/day. Rossana and Letizia were very accommodating to help us get settled.

Super host, friendly and always ready to help you , the apartment is as shown in the photos, maybe it lacks some things like mosquito nets or kitchen utensils, but in the end we had a quiet stay.

We had a great stay around our wedding on the beach in Maurizio's beautiful house! He is a great and above all uncomplicated host and was always easily accessible. We were greeted with a huge bowl of delicious nectarines from their own shop and received many valuable recommendations for the area. The products sold in the shop are delicious. Before we left, we stocked up on a lot of N'duja, Caciocavallo, jams and much more! ❤️ Pool and garden, as well as the entire house were clean and well maintained. Thank you, dear Maurizio, for having us in your home! 😍 We will definitely be back!

Beautiful, very modern and comfortable apartment with a beautiful terrace to enjoy the outdoors. Residence in which you feel very good with a beautiful pool. Cleanliness level was perfect. The only small downside to note is that you have to take your car to go to the sea. Carmine is a friendly, responsive host and has great tips.

The apartment is centrally located and is large and spacious. It was very clean and Giacomo was very friendly, explained everything and was available for questions quickly.

Very restful stay, we had a hard time finding the location due to gps malfunction but we managed. The shower could be cleaner but overall very lovely!

Andrej's accommodation was stylish, and it felt like home right away. It was even more beautiful than in the photos. The location is in the old part of town. Not all houses are renovated, and some are even ruins, which slightly affects the overall impression.

The recently renovated apartment was very nice... Modern and with all the necessary things! Perfect location for us... Close to the sea, well served and quiet... Everything is great... If you want "perfection"... It would be enough to find in the house a few more services... The soap, for example, the toilet paper (a few rolls) ... Those things you have to go to buy us a little. The accommodation is arranged on three levels, with adequate spaces and carefully finished even in small details, the upper floor dedicated to the sleeping area has a large bathroom, the exposed stone and the large wooden beams give a sense of warmth, connection and respect for the place and its history, the contemporary furnishings chosen with taste, in their contrast give elegance to the entire structure and extreme pleasantness in staying there. The location is absolutely strategic, about 10km from the crystal clear sea of the Piana di Sibari, and about halfanhour to the evocative places of the Pollino Park, the village is embraced by one of the most beautiful "timpe" of Pollino, while being by the sea, living it gives back to those who stay there the beauty of the little things and a sense of humanity that fills the soul. The host was present and discreet, so it's practically perfect, it's a place we're already missing!

Spacious, clean and great house for those who want to spend a week relaxing with their family or friends. The house is in a somewhat isolated area outside the village, so not very suitable for those who want to live "modana", but excellent for those looking for peace, relaxation and pleasant temperatures. The sea can be reached in 10 minutes by car along a bent road that crosses the village of Belmonte and reaches the marina. We were able to appreciate all the services offered by the house: outdoor hot tub, large garden and veranda, super equipped house and spectacular sea view. The host was always available to our every need and intervened quickly with a small issue we had with the veranda lighting. Great experience!

Small, bright apartment with sea view from all rooms. Not quite as new as the photos appear at first glance, but functionally refreshed and decorated with everything you need and nicely decorated. Great value and super flexible, nice third-party contact for check in/check out. Strategically super located thanks to the nearby car terrace for excursions in all directions. PS: Get there via the nearby roundabout, because the other variant in the Go.gle leads over a private road closed with a gate. Lots of getting out of space. We especially appreciated the cozy breakfast balcony ^_^ !
