We had an absolutely amazing time at Daniela’s place - it was clean, had stunning views and was quick access to Pisa, Florence & Siena. Beautiful pool and lovely terrace with amazing views and sunsets. The kitchen also had everything we needed, including local olive oil and pasta & local wine as a welcoming gift. Daniela went above and beyond providing us with lilos and a pump for the pool too. Overall, 10/10 stay!

Our stay was perfect all around! We immediately felt at home. The accommodation is not only convincing because of the great location and surroundings, it was also wonderfully furnished and there was nothing missing. We would like to emphasize the warm hospitality of Ranieri. He was always available and helpful. We would come back.

It would be simply impossible to overstate how fantastic our stay here was. We're a well travelled family worldwide, and can honestly say we've never experienced anything quite like this week. The property is a hidden gem nestled in the side of the beautiful ancient village of Peccioli, surrounded by rolling hills of olive groves and vineyards as far as the eye can see. Enjoy breakfast/coffee in the private courtyard & gardens with morning sun pouring over you, or settle in for an evening listening to wildlife with a glass of Tuscan wine. The property is well equipped and boasts clean, tasteful sleeping area which my girls greatly enjoyed sleeping in the ceiling/mezzanine space! However, the big differentiator is Elena herself. You would be lucky to meet such a beautiful, warm, kind and sincere lady. She helped us enormously with local knowledge & advice about places we'd never have found, and can now say we'll never forget. Elena made this stay amazing, and we'll be coming back!!

What a fantastic place and location. Tranquil, stunning views, located perfectly to explore the local area. Lots of character; quaint and quirky. As hosts Isabella and Claudio were amazing. Always helpful, friendly and very responsive when we asked them about places to go to. Apartment was located at the very top of the village and provided us with stunning views whenever we ate outside. Fabulous BBQ area and a great choice of outdoor seating. Highly recommended.

The place was just great. We felt comfortable right away and all our needs were recognized directly without asking. As soon as the sun shone, two loungers were ready. The two were very welcoming and you can see how much attention to detail they have put into renovating the house. Really unique. The accommodation is very idyllic surrounded by lots of nature. A dream to just switch off.

Staying in this apartment was wonderful. My boyfriend and I spent two nights immersed in the Tuscan countryside in a small cozy apartment, very clean and equipped with everything you need. The garden is beautiful, full of fruit trees and sweet cats that enrich the living room. We will soon return to visit Sheila in her lovely country home.

We had a wonderful stay at your beautiful home! The area is very quiet and the property is completely fenced, which makes it ideal for our dog. The house is perfectly equipped and very clean. We loved spending evenings on the spacious terrace and in the lounge. The free charging station for our electric car was a really generous and practical extra. Francesco and his family were incredibly attentive and friendly. You can immediately feel the warm atmosphere and your hospitality. I highly recommend your home and you as a Host. Beautiful rustic stay in the heart of Tuscany. Manuela was very friendly and helpful. The farm at night with the fireflies lighting up the bushes and nightingale singing in the trees was absolutely enchanting.

Wonderful accommodation in a great location! Ideal for people with dogs, you can see the dogs from the sea on the terrace, very cozy and private. Great beach, nice atmosphere. Marina is very warm and has given everything so that we have a great stay. Wau Beach especially for nearby dogs.

Wonderful space in the heart of San Miniato. Walter was an excellent communicator and we appreciated the detailed information on parking and the generously stocked pantry & refrigerator. We enjoyed the outdoor balcony space and exploring the charming town.

The accommodation was very private on the edge of the village. You have to drive along a narrow, winding and sometimes steep path by car. Fortunately, there was never any oncoming traffic and the neighbors behaved courteously. For this, the outdoor area is very quiet and idyllic, almost heavenly. The highlight is the private pool with enchanting views. The hosts live directly below the apartment, but that's an advantage, as it makes communication much easier. They also have two great dogs. Mirko gave us good tips for excursions and parking, which enriched our vacation. The apartment is a sufficient size and it is furnished in such a way that you feel right at home. All in all, we had a great vacation and the accommodation contributed a lot to it.

Giulia was really responsive and gave clear instructions. The Airbnb was lovely, very clean and we settled in very quickly! Would definitely stay here again if we return to Pisa!

Pietro is a wonderful host. Collected us from the Airport , arranged a taxi when we left. gave lots of useful recommendations. the apartment was super clean and comfortable. We had a quick stop in Pisa so Pauline’s place was perfect. Good walk from train station and to the Tower. Pizzeria just across from the outside door was spectacular. Very friendly and close when you are just beat from a day of travel. Pauline’s apartment was clean and ready for us. AC was great for the little heat wave we had. Slept great. All impeccable! Extremely kind and helpful owner: she anticipated check-in by a few hours and allowed us to stay beyond check-out time. He welcomed us in front of the apartment, showing us the house and giving us excellent advice for visiting the area. The house was very clean, the kitchen had everything: utensils, dishes, oil, salt, coffee... it had everything! Spacious apartment, large balcony and very cozy! I will recommend this solution to all those who pass through Poggibonsi!

This place is highly recommended! Everything is the same as in the photos. The apartment is super spacious, imaginative and equipped with attention to detail, everything you need is available. We particularly liked the terrace overlooking the sea. Alessandro is a super nice host.

We can absolutely recommend it! Everything is as described in the text and seen in the photos. Located about 2 km outside the totally cute village of Casole de Elsa. Andrea + Barbara provided all the necessary information about the arrival and many great local tips, always with the corresponding links. For example, our arrival was delayed due to traffic to about 10:15 pm. Was no problem, we were in contact and when we arrived, Andrea personally welcomed us. And if we had a question during our stay, an answer always came very quickly. (Where to park in Siena, how to get to Florence, ...)
