Vacation rentals with beach access in Marina di Ascea

Anna was the true definition of a 5 star host. I’ve stayed in several Airbnb’s over the years and don’t think I’ve come across anyone as well structured as her. She walked us through everything from the get go and helped us book excursions and transportation with zero hassle. The property was stunning and in an excellent location. Already missing the incredible balcony views. Looking forward to returning in the near future.

Sandra was the ultimate Super host! From the day I booked her Airbnb, she offered suggestions of restaurants (Kasai and Armandina were the best!), excursions, drivers and a wonderful cooking class! Her family home was filled with love and what an amazing view of Positano! We loved eating our breakfast out on the porch watching the boats and yachts come and go or sitting on our porch having a glass of wine. Sandra was always responsive and always so kind. She is known by all in Praiano and is highly respected. And we loved Zorba too! We would definitely stay at Casa Tuti again even with so many stairs to the beach. Sandra is a rockstar!

Great environment and Francesco was great! He helped us with the keys and showed us how to live in his place. The view from the balcony is incredible.

Lovely decorated flat with a perfect view on Salerno. Kitchen is very well equipped, bathrooms clean and tidy, and you don't miss anything in the rooms. The small terrace on the rooftop is one more highlight.

OH did we ever love this place! Very clean and well equipped, with a great shower... And then there’s the balcony......The views are spectacular! We drank in the coastal views with our complimentary prosecco. Valentina’s sister Flora was the BEST host of our trip! (The others were quite good too, but Flora is #1) She helped us navigate the very difficult bus ride from Amalfi, even coming onto the crowded bus to make sure we got off the right stop. She made restaurant suggestions and even made our reservations for us securing the best tables and treatment. She gave directions to beaches and various sites. I really can’t say enough about how sweet she is. Praiano is much more laid back but still has everything for a great visit. We planned to go visit Ravello and Positano but liked it there so much we never left. Thank you for a wonderful visit to the Amalfi Coast. ❤️

Die Gastgeber sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Vom Zimmer mit Balkon konnte man überwältigende Sonnenuntergänge direkt über dem Meer beobachten. Eine sehr geschmackvolle und äußerst praktische Einrichtung, das gleiche gilt auch für die Einbauküche. Es fehlt an nichts! Sitzgelegenheiten auf 3 verschiedenen Ebenen vor dem Haus, teilweise unter Olivenbäumen, ideal, um bei gutem Wetter zu speisen. Wir sind rundum zufrieden! Molto Grazie!

I haven’t come across a host as friendly & accommodating as Nicola. Nicola is very responsive & friendly. We checked-in around 12 AM. Even though it was so late he helped us by arranging parking, someone to carry our luggage etc. Sandro at Parking garage accommodated us in off-hours. It felt like visiting our family! Lovely airbnb & beautiful views! Apart from climbing 111 steps everything was simply Awesome!

Monica fue super amable y nos dio excelentes recomendaciones tanto de restoranes como de lugares por visitar. El departamento estaba muy bien, podría haber estado un poco mejor equipada la cocina (faltaban algunos cubiertos) pero nada indispensable. Tuvimos una excelente estadía y felizmente volveríamos a alojarnos ahí.

Tusind tak for et virkelig dejligt ophold i jeres smukke hus. Vi nød den smukke udsigt fra terrassen og at bo på bjerget, hvor huset lå i private omgivelser. Alt var pænt og rent, gode køkkenfaciliteter, gode senge, behagelige møbler på terrassen og fint badeværelse med vaskemaskine. Michelas mand hentede os i bil og kørte os til huset. Han var meget hjælpsom og gav os en masse gode tips og råd. God kommunikation og hurtig og hjælpsom respons. Jeg vil varmt anbefale denne bolig som kun ligger 10 min på gåben fra Maiori, en hyggelig by med den bedste badestrand. De bedste hilsner Mette

Sehr freundlich und eine tolle Unterkunft mit super Aussicht! Sehr hilfreich ist auch der Parkplatz an der Unterkunft. Perfekt wäre eine Kapselmaschine für einen schnellen Kaffee am Morgen.

The perfect place to stay to enjoy Amalfi coast. Atrani is quiet and peaceful and quite easy to get to Amalfi for additional restaurants and the port for boat tours. Lots of space in the home and beautiful tile decoration. Outdoor space was welcome after time spent in the larger cities in Italy. Hosts were very helpful and gave lots of recommendations. Would absolutely return here again on the next trip!

Ho trascorso quasi una settimana presso casa Paoma' esperienza bellissima posto tranquillo a contatto con la natura ci siamo rilassati ma nello stesso tempo abbiamo potuto visitare posti bellissimi che la circondano. Casa Calypso was absolutely beautifully decorated and spacious inside and the views were amazing. It is worth the climb up the stairs for sure! Arianna was the perfect hostess, greeting us upon check in, with porter ready to help us with the luggage. She had drinks and snacks to welcome us from our long journey. Arianna was very responsive, answering any questions we had about the area, transportation and making great recommendations. Our stay was very memorable and highly recommend Arianna and Casa Calypso.

Simona and Alessio's place was stunning - very clean, with everything you'd need for a stay such as oil, salt, shampoo, soap, dressing gowns, dishwasher tablets - you name it, it was all there! They even gifted us with an extra large bottle of sparkling wine on arrival :) The view from the terrace was nothing short of stunning and to be able to enjoy it from a hot tub was unreal! Conca dei Marini was peaceful, welcoming and beautiful. Amalfi is not far down the coast, but we found we preferred the calmer vibe of Conca dei Marini overall. Simona and Alessio went above and beyond to make our arrival and departure as smooth as possible by booking taxis, carrying our luggage, and driving us in their car to the pickup spot. Couldn't have asked for more; truly blown away by their hospitality. We enjoyed sunset massages on our terrace one evening - amazing! You do need to be physically capable to make it up the steps, but there's too much to fall in love with here to let that hold you back!

This is one of our favorite places to stay- this is the third time we've been here, and it never disappoints. Lucio sends lots of details on how to check in, and things to know about the apartment. We were met by a very nice and professional young person who made sure we got into the apartment with no problems. I'd highly recommend anyone who wants to explore the Amalfi Coast to stay here for a restful vacation.

This place is a hidden gem! The view from the living room and the terrace is just spectacular and the area is very peaceful. While the center of Amalfi felt quite crowded and touristy, the village of Pogerola (where this house is) feels much more personal: People greet you on the street and are very willing to help. The stairs from Amalfi to Pogerola are indeed a bit of a cardio training, but if you don’t feel like climbing stairs, there is a good bus connection (1-2/hour, reliable service, bus stop ten minutes away from house). Luisa was very friendly and helpful during check-in and all three of them were available for guidance during my stay. Lastly: If you’re looking for a place to have breakfast, lunch, or dinner, I 100% recommend Gerry’s Pub — amazing food, view and vibes.

Was such an amazing visit. The place is beautiful and was definitely the highlight of our trip. The host Giovanni was very kind to pick us up from the train station and gave us great recommendations. I would definitely recommend this place to everyone and would love the opportunity to come back some day!

Could not have asked for a better weekend & your apartment was our favourite part of an amazing city. Perfectly located with great access to restaurants, beach, stations, coffee shops. Great stay in Salerno! The hosts were very communicative and made check-in and check-out smooth and efficient. The apartment itself was modern, stylish, and felt quite luxurious. It’s in a convenient location—close to the beach, port, airport, and with great transport links nearby. However, even with the location, the apartment was still private and not too much noise pollution around. Plenty of amenities within walking distance, and the hosts even helped arrange our transfer to the airport. Would happily stay here again!

Ursula was a wonderful host. She gave us lots of information about places to eat. One night when we couldn't find a taxi she even offered to drive us with her car which I thought was very kind of her. She responded to whatever needs we had. The apartment is very large and very comfortable with large bedrooms and everything was very clean. What is very convenient is the privacy that you have from 2 sides of the apartment where the bedrooms are. I really enjoyed that. The apartment is a little further away from the walking street than I expected (probably I didn't look carefully enough at the map) and the fastest way to go down into town has quite a few steps which may be an issue for certain people. It is very conveniently located to the bus stop. It was not a particular issue for me .

We hadden een prachtige vakantie bij Laura en Vito, de beste gastvrouw en gastheer die je je kan voorstellen. Nog vóór aankomst kreeg ik nuttige info over de regio. Bij aankomst werden we opgehaald aan de luchthaven van Salerno. We hadden direct een leuke babbel en in het appartement kregen we nog allerlei tips om de streek te ontdekken, ook op culinair vlak :-). Vito is steeds bereikbaar en reageert onmiddellijk op je bericht. In de buurt heb je een bakker, fruithandel, supermarkt, delicatessenzaak, heel goeie restaurants en bars. Het appartement is heel ruim en net met een prachtig zicht op de zee. Een auto heb je hier niet nodig. De bus brengt je naar het station en de veerdienst of een wandeling van een half uurtje kan uiteraard ook. Aangezien we nog niet alles gezien hebben van deze mooie streek gaan we zeker nog eens terug. Grazie mille Laura e Vito!

This was a wonderful stay! It was my first time ever visiting Praiano and this was the perfect place for my trip! Antonio was always very responsive and helpful, I asked him for local recommendations and he helped me right away. i’ve never met another host that was as nice and helpful as Antonio was! He made sure we had the perfect stay outside of just having a lovely airbnb to stay in. The place was so spacious, clean, and pretty! I loved sitting out in the balcony enjoying the views of the ocean. I felt very safe, lots of walkable restaurants/stores, and not a far walk to the main beach. We were greeted during check in and they even came to say goodbye during check out. Overall I highly recommend this place! I will definitely be staying here next time I come to Praiano/Positano.
