Spacious sunny house with a deck/jetty on the water in Marina da Gama with small rowing boat, canoe and new pedalo. Fantastic mountain and water views, birds, nature reserve island and environment. Great for paddling, walking and cycling in safe surroundings, perfect for sundowners on the deck. 4km from Muizenberg's famous Surfers' Corner beach, 7 km from the iconic village of Kalk Bay, and only a 30 min drive to Cape Town CBD. Regret this property isn't suitable for children younger than 12.

The Cottage is completely off grid, with fresh water coming off the mountain and energy from the sun. The cottage is built from local materials - stone walls, reed ceilings, blue gum supports. There are glass doors and windows throughout the cottage. The cottage has a beautiful open-plan bedroom and bathroom. The bathroom includes a tub, a toilet and a basin.

A bright, open living area features large windows allowing natural light to fill the space. A mix of plants is visible throughout, and a modern artwork adorns the wall. Comfortable seating options include a green armchair and a cozy sofa, enhancing the relaxed ambiance.

Plant filled home near Muizenberg with inverter

Bright airy mid-century influenced house with loads of plants (a lot more since pictures were taken), kick back and relax in our cosy home. There are organic veggie beds in the backyard where guests are welcome to harvest from. We also have a greenhouse in the backyard growing exotic houseplants where guests are welcome to have a look. We are in a peaceful neighbourhood beside a lake with beautiful views towards the mountains and a 5min drive away from the vibey surf village of Muizenberg.

Welcome to 17 on Severn-A comfortable and quiet space for you to relax in and have a very good nights sleep. We are close to Constantiaberg Medi Clinic and Melomed Clinic. As well as the US Embassy. Meadowridge and Constantia Shopping Centres are close by. Also in easy access are restaurants churches, gyms, running trails and beaches. Easy access to both the M5 and M3 for commuting to the CBD and out to the beautiful wineland. We hope you enjoy your stay in our quiet neighborhood.

Waking up in nature, surrounded by birdlife, will make you think twice if you should leave home to explore more of the beautiful Cape. Marina da Gama is close to the famous surfer beach of Muizenberg , the pittoresk Kalkbay , on the way to Cape Point or the Winelands driving along the ocean beaches of False Bay.
