Franco is a traditional Dalmatian stone house in the center of the old town of Omis. It was completely renovated between 2014 and 2017, and turned into a small architectural jewel. Renovations were done in cooperation with historical preservation experts to ensure compliance with the original architecture of an old Dalmatian house. Work was performed by an expert architect, who carefully ensured that each detail was authentic in creation of a perfect synthesis of traditional building methods and modern materials. Apartment No. 4 is located in a family house in Vinišće. Next to the house and apartment there is a swimming pool with indoor stairs, a mini golf course, a gazebo with a seating set and billiards, a basketball court, an outdoor barbecue and a parking lot. The interior of the apartment consists of two rooms, a kitchen with a living room, a bathroom and a hallway. The room is equipped with beds of superior quality and comfort. The apartment is ideal for four people, and the fifth, if necessary, can be a child who would sleep on an extra bed.

This house is 10 meters from the beach. Few steps away is a deck. Deck you see on the pictures is on the beach from mid May until mid October..The car is parked 40 meters away, there is no traffic in front and if you wanted to find a house for a real vacation - this is it! It has two floors. Ground floor with a big terrace and upper floor with a kitchen, 2 bedrooms, a living room and a second bathroom. One bathroom is on the ground floor. It is perfect for 4 people but we can fit 5.
