Excellent place, recommended for a couple, very comfortable. The best thing is the views of the sea and the city of Altea. You need a car if you want to go shopping and get around. Beautiful beaches to walk to from the property.

Fantastic apartment right on the beach of San Juan! The apartment is exactly as in the pictures, very clean and great for a couple with one child. With more people, however, the apartment would quickly become too small. Otherwise, 100% recommendation and the hostess was fantastically nice to us and very flexible with check-in and check-out. Thank you again for that🙏🏼

The view from the apartment was absolutely stunning, even better than in the photos. The beach is just a few steps away, which made it super easy to enjoy the sea at any time. The apartment itself was spotless and fully equipped with everything I needed. There was even a coffee machine with capsules, some biscuits, and milk, such a thoughtful touch! Pablo, was incredibly kind and welcoming. He took the time to show me the best spots in the city and gave amazing recommendations for restaurants and places to visit. He really goes above and beyond to make sure guests feel at home. I highly recommend this place, everything was perfect, and I’d definitely come back!

The accommodation was exactly like in the photos and felt very comfortable. Having breakfast on the balcony with a sea view was a highlight every day. The area around the house is beautiful and well-maintained, and there's direct access to a lovely, quiet pebble beach. If you want to explore Alicante and other places along the Costa Blanca, it's a good idea to rent a car like we did. The host was very friendly and always responded quickly to any questions. We would definitely come back!

We were personally welcomed by the host in a very friendly manner. There was an extensive introduction to the apartment and the areas shared with other tenants such as pool, indoor pool and sauna. The stay itself was very nice. Right behind the complex you can hike nicely. A car is needed for shopping and driving to the beach. The facility itself is modern and clean. Andrej is a great host!

I absolutely loved my stay at Dorota and Alfredo’s place. Spacious, spotlessly clean, fast WiFi, lovely neighbours, great pool, fab location and Dorota and Alfredo are lovely, responsive, helpful and the perfect hosts. I would love to live there permanently. Thanks guys xx

We had a great stay at this Airbnb! The location was excellent — very quiet and peaceful, yet just a short walk to the beach. Maria was incredibly friendly and helpful. She took the time to explain everything in detail. The apartment was clean, well-maintained, and equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Highly recommended! ☺️

An amazing host — incredibly flexible and accommodating. She let us check in late and even allowed a late check-out, which made everything so easy and stress-free. Her communication was excellent throughout, with super quick responses and thoughtful recommendations. The accommodation itself was beautiful — even better than the photos, which really don’t do it justice! Altea is a wonderful place to visit, and staying here made it even more special. Would absolutely recommend and stay again.

Beautiful accommodation

The apartment was in perfect condition, impeccable, very comfortable and with everything you need. We also loved the area of the accommodation, next to the beach and close to supermarkets, pharmacy, etc. and all kinds of restaurants. The host was attentive at all times and provided all the amenities during the stay, highly recommended, I would definitely repeat! 10 out of 10.

The stay was fantastic, so much so that it's a shame to leave, my son had an unforgettable time and the adults too hehehe.

An apartment located in a quiet area but very close to the cove. The bed is very comfortable and the sofa too, and you can go with your pet. Check-in and check-out were flexible, making the most of the stay. If we can, we'll be back for sure, everything was perfect

We had a great time at Vendelín's place. We were looking for a quiet place to disconnect and it is undoubtedly the ideal place. In addition, Vendelín has been aware that everything was to our liking, and has always answered any questions we could have. Thank you for everything, we look forward to repeating again soon.

The apartment was lovely-new building and immaculate. All you need inside and nice quiet location. Great underground garage parking for my camper van (2.1m height) and bikes although plenty of safe parking just outside. Great location, on the sea front with views of walking area and sea. Just a 5 or so minute walk to the lovely beach surrounded by nice restaurants. Hope to be back soon. Thanks.

just left Vulicentes place after 10 days..my piece of heaven...it ticked every box and more. The nicest apt I have ever stayed I think..bright & airy but the terrace with that view and a lovely breeze as you look out to sea.Beach on your doorstep..peaceful..Viciente was extremely responsive and great suggestions about area. i will be back

The apartment is beautiful, the ocean views are incredible, very clean. With every detail. David is charming, available at all times, quick to respond. The ideal area to disconnect, rest and enjoy swimming in the sea. Highly recommended!😊

Daiva was great, helpful and friendly. Good place to stay, near the beach, good restaurants and bars nearby, parking on site. Only downside is very noisy aquapark hotel next door - noise goes on until well past midnight every night.

First Airbnb experience. Could not fault anything especially the communication. The description was spot on. We had a great time in Alicante and decided on the way home that the ACCOMMODATION was the best thing about the whole holiday 😀
