House with every comfort and very well equipped with a private outdoor area with solar-heated pool. Integrated pergola deck with modern furniture. And a ballroom equipped with access to the pool and a gourmet space with a barbecue and a full kitchen. Inside, it has air-conditioning in all the bedrooms. The living room has a fireplace, a full kitchen plus an excellent barbecue with an exhaust fan. Note: The pool only heats up with strong sun, only in the height of summer, and on a windless day.
