Cottage at the edge of the woods

Small chalet in the heart of the Morvan Natural Park. Located on the edge of a small hamlet close to all shops and surrounded by many hiking trails. Please note: We have just created a second cottage for 2 people at the back of the garden (see photos). It is separated from the cottage by a small stream and a fence. Access to this cottage and its outdoor area is on the forest side: therefore, the two cottages are completely independent, and there are no neighbors overlooking them.

The cottage is an old house completely renovated in 2019 with a terrace that offers a beautiful view of the Morvan. It is located very close to Lake Crescent and Chastellux Castle, a few kilometers from Vézelay, Avallon, Bazoches. Our region lends itself to hiking, cycling or horseback riding in unspoiled nature and allows fishing or swimming enthusiasts to indulge in their favorite pastime. La Bascule is a hamlet of Chastellux, located between Avallon and Lormes.

La "p'tiote majon"

Small house ideally located in the Morvan, close to a river and hiking trails, and 10 min drive to Quarré-les-Tombes (village with many shops). The detached house is located in an old Morvan farmhouse and its 5000 m2 property. It consists of an entrance, a living room with a sofa bed, a small simple kitchen and a comfortable bedroom. It has an unobstructed view of the Morvan! For us, the best view in Morvan!
