This is an 1850's single shotgun house with one bedroom, one loft space with a queen size bed, and 1 1/2 baths. There is close proximity to the French Quarter, Frenchmen Street, and both the Rampart and Rriverfront streetcar lines. Parking is free on the street and a space can usually be found within a block of the house. All dogs (sorry-no cats) must be under 20 pounds and there an additional fee that must be added on .
