We enjoyed our stay at Timothy’s. It was a great location for us, convenient to all the in town neighborhoods. The photos are very accurate and the place was very clean and comfortable and had everything we needed. Getting into the parking area is not so difficult unless you are driving a large suv. Still we decided to park in the street (plenty of spaces) and didn’t have any issues. Timothy is very responsive and checks in periodically to make sure everything is ok.

I had a relaxing time. And my model felt safe and enjoyed the jacuzzi despite the fact that I passed on it. Im shy even in a suit and her wearing a bikini. We were both exhausted from days of our separate jobs so we slept 12 hours but I rented an extra night to do photos in the late afternoon. I can see us going back especially since I know the backgrounds for my amateur photography.

Pamela is an absolute treasure - she is a wonderful human being and a fantastic host! It was my third stay at Pamela's apartment and I cannot praise her and her beautiful apartment enough! Pamela always goes out of her way to make your stay as comfortable as possible and to help in any way she can! The apartment is absolutely perfectly equipped - even for a longer stay like mine. Everything is spotless clean and you feel that the apartment is designed with lots of love and thoughtfulness! I loved the wonderful surroundings where you can spot beautiful animals. Here you are definitely able to have a serene and peaceful stay! And yet, you are only minutes away from all the shops and amenities you find in East Cobb and Roswell! And if you want to visit Atlanta, the location is perfect as well! I can only recommend Pamela and her gorgeous apartment! I definitely will be back! Thank you so much Pamela! For everything!

The Cozy is just that! Elizabeth has created and continues to create an absolutely delightful escape from the chaos while her location is so convenient to great restaurants and activities. We were attending our nephew's graduation from med school at the South Gas Convention Center. The Cozy was a welcomed respite from all the city traffic and such an easy <10 min drive to the function. The love Elizabeth has put into her eco paradise, the cleanliness of the property, and her eagerness to accommodate her guests is unmatched... and we have stayed at our share of Airbnbs. To top it off, the bed was super comfy with quality bedding and a mattress topper that relieves all pressure points. The fresh eggs from her beautiful hens were DELICIOUS!! You can taste the love she puts into their care. Wish we could have taken home dozens of her eggs. Morning coffee amidst the natural surroundings was delightful. Highly recommend a stay here and your life will be blessed to meet Elizabeth!

We had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb in Sandy Springs, Georgia. From the moment we arrived, the hosts were warm, welcoming, and incredibly responsive—making check-in seamless and ensuring we had everything we needed throughout our stay. The rental itself was exactly as pictured online—thoughtfully designed, perfectly apportioned, and extremely comfortable. Every detail made us feel right at home. The location was equally impressive. Nestled in a cozy, quiet neighborhood, the property offered both peace and easy access to everything we wanted to do in Sandy Springs. Restaurants, shops, and local attractions were all just minutes away, making it an ideal home base for our weekend getaway. We highly recommend this stay and would gladly return!

Maria was a lovely host! The place is very private, clean, very comfortable and the location is wonderful. Very green, lush, lovely location for walking. Nearby restaurants and playground!

Juanito was an awesome host! My partner and I were traveling for five days, Juanito was so accommodating and responsive. If we had any questions, he was there to help and guide us. I am from Atlanta, so I know the areas pretty well, but Juanito shared new places with us! Which was really exciting. Great place, truly urban oasis! Loved the birds in the morning and how we had a lot of privacy from the busyness of Atlanta! Thanks again John, we will definitely come back!!!

Being back in Virginia Highlands in Atlanta, where I lived 20 years ago and staying in this beautiful, clean, and cosy apartment made it like coming home after all these years.

Really loved our stay here. It was better than described. You could tell the place was set up by someone who travels a lot because they knew exactly what we needed. The neighborhood was beautiful and walkable. We walked to the store and Fox Bro BBQ which was a good recommendation by the host...loved the smoked chicken salad sandwich w/ bacon. Plenty of room for a couple. We will definitely stay here again when we return to ATL.

We loved our short stay for Summerfest! The space was SO clean and had every thing we needed. The bed was really comfy, too. So much better than a hotel. Also the hosts were really communicative and gave me a local restaurant recommendation. Highly recommend!

Matthew was very easy to work with. He was able to accommodate us with ease. My husband’s ring was misplaced, and Matthew went above and beyond to help us retrieve it. The massage chairs were top tier.

Quick weekend stay in the area. Joyce was very pleasant and responsive when needed. The place was as described and the neighborhood was very peaceful. As mentioned in her description she does have dogs (which they were outside briefly and seen at least twice during my stay) however, this did not impact my stay in any kind. My only recommendation would be to install a lock of some kind on the door that leads from the guest studio to the main home. This way the guest has the same ability and peace of mind to lock the door from inside the studio as the host. I had no complaints or issues, I would stay at Joyce place again if visiting the area.

My husband and I had a great stay at Darci’s place. We were in town for a concert and did mostly night life activities. The guest house was private and clean, and our host included lots of snacks and also free eggs from their chickens. We didn’t get to use any but we were excited to have them. We only seen her husband once in passing and he was collecting eggs, and gave a friendly wave, which my husband enjoyed seeing. Although it is a guest house, you wouldn’t think so because of all your privacy. Will definitely come back if we’re in town again!

We really enjoyed this stay! The space was great with everything as described and had everything we needed. It’s a great walkable neighborhood with a market, cute breakfast spot, and the park and zoo all within 10 minutes. As the description says, the space is in the basement of the house, therefore voices and sounds are very easily heard but we generally had no issues with this. The bed was a bit softer than what we’re used to so we didn’t get the best sleep, but that’s just us, and still would stay there again!

Great studio in Grant Park! Enjoyed the fire pit and being close to the BeltLine and neighborhood restaurants.

Richard is a super host! I stayed in Atlanta for 5 nights and it was absolutely relaxing and well taken care of. Richard was there to ensure i had no issue checking in at 1.00 am in the night. I forgot my passport at the Airbnb and when I messaged him, he just took care of the entire thing and made me feel someone has my back. I would highly recommend. The room is large, private bathroom, greenery all around, huge storage area so if you are travelling with lot of luggage - this is a perfect stay for you. Will come back when i am in Atlanta

Great location and a clean little private space. Everything worked well and fit the description. I would return again if I needed to come to Atlanta. Perfecty for two sharing a queen bed, or someone who doesn't mind an air matress that isn't too tall! Quiet and we could hear the birds sing in the morning. The stairs are steep so just know that. Getting in and out with our code was very easy . The TV worked fine too. Darrie had soap for the bathroom. The mini kitchen had a good coffee maker and a good coffee assortment and a bit of tea too.

Great suite… as described & as shown in photos! It is a basement suite, but ceilings are very high so it doesn’t feel cramped at all. Plenty of space and the surrounding neighborhood is picturesque and feels safe. It’s easy to access parts of the Atlanta area, but still feels secluded. Host was very responsive. You will hear some footsteps from residence above, but not in a distracting/intrusive way (plus it was nice knowing people were close by in an emergency)! Check-out duties were straight forward & reasonable. Driveway is a little steep but there’s plenty of space to park and turn around (it was plus to have private parking). Pool table, ping-pong table, office, work out area, massive living room area with tons of seating, outdoor seating/dining area, HGTV-style kitchen, fully stocked bathroom (with shampoo/conditioner/body wash/toilet paper/Q-Tips/hand soap), and bedroom with attached bathroom (with spa-like shower) are all included in the affordable price. Will book again!!!

David has a very nice place both spacious and very clean. The porch is lovely. Definitely a great find when staying in the Edgewood.
