Private suite in a daylight basement, sleeps 1-6 people. Entrance to the suite is through the garage. No stairs. Our neighborhood is quite and full of large trees & friendly people. We are located close to trails, a playground, dog parks, supermarkets & great restaurants. We are 3 miles from I-75 and 6 miles from Truist Park, the Battery, Dobbins ARB, Lockeed-Martin, & the Galleria. Downtown Atlanta is about 10-15 miles south. NOTE: Please review our strict pet rules before booking.

Remodeled in-law suite in a quiet area of Marietta! Amenities are: bedroom with queen bed/dresser, bathroom w/ shower, fully equipped kitchen, living room w/ TV & washer/dryer. WIFI available. The suite can comfortable fit 2 adults. There will be additional fee for extra adults/children. As for pets, only 1 dog is allowed but it will be a case by case basis & there will be a $60 pet fee. If your dog is left alone, must be crated while away. Please reach out beforehand for approval.

From the deep soaking tub to the full kitchen, this private studio wont leave you wanting anything except to extend your stay. We are pet friendly and have a flat pet fee of $75.

Recently renovated two-bedroom two-floor duplex. Minutes away from Braves stadium, easy access to highway, 15 minutes to Buckhead, Downtown, and Midtown. Brand new appliances in a fully equipped kitchen. Blackout shades and blackout curtains throughout the house for a good night of sleep. We are pets friendly, and there is a sizable back yard for them to enjoy (pictures coming soon). $50 fee per pet. NO PARTIES ALLOWED! Gathering of up to maximum 6 people.

Private Studio in 100yr old Grocery/Hotel

This historic building, walking distance to the Marietta Square, dates back to the early 1900s and has been a grocery store, mechanic, and one-room hotel. You'll be staying in the former one-room hotel in a renovated mini-suite. One pup under 25lbs is allowed with a $30 pet fee. Please see the House Rules section for more information. Unfortunately, due to the size of the space, we must be restrictive on size and quantity of dogs. 🐾
