Holidays by the lake Unden

In the middle of West Götalands unspoilt nature with its lakes and forests, near the big lake Vättern, about 5 kilometers from the village of Undenäs and far away from any through traffic, the small country village of Igelstad is located, directly on the lake Unden. The village is a small collection of scattered houses and farms, of which some are permanently inhabited, while others are used as summer cottages. Here, in a large clearing in the forest, the small farm "Nolgården" is situated. The house is a separate, well-equipped classic wooden log house, built in spruce. It was thourougly renovated in 2008. There is a private bathroom, kitchen and private terrace, Internet connection (WLAN) and Amazon Fire TV (Magenta TV). A cozy fireplace and electric heating provide comfortable warmth. Directly from the house you can make nice walks in the unspoilt nature, pick berries and mushrooms, or walk to lake Unden, one of the clearest and most pristine lakes in Sweden. From the house to the west side of the peninsula, there is only 800 meters. Here you can have a swim or enjoy the sunset over Unden. The eastern shore can be reached in quarter of an hour via a forest path. By the shore a canoe lies ready for extensive reconnaissance trips to the beautiful deserted islands and quiet bays. But the area has much more to offer: the romantic Tiveden National Park, Lake Viken, Forsvik and the Göta canal with its locks, and the huge lake Vättern are just a few examples of interesting destinations.

This special place is close to everything, Walking distance. At the same time, you have the car outside the bedroom. The guest rents the entire house with its own entrance and lives there alone. Bedroom with double bed and two beds that fold out of the sofa. Thick bed mattress. Family with more children can contact the host. Guest cleans at check-out. Bed linen is available, but for a 24-hour rental, we expect the guest to bring their own. Otherwise, it costs SEK 100 per bed. Paid directly to the host. Cleaning can be arranged for SEK 400. Paid to the host.

Villa Solbacka 1920s house in central Tibro

Charming 1920s apartment right in downtown Tibro. Two bedrooms with four beds and new beds. Newly-renovated bathroom and kitchen with simpler standard. Private entrance, you only have access to the lower floor but no one lives on the upper floor. Garden with barbecue and outdoor furniture – all to yourselves. Free parking in the yard. 1-minute walk to Tibro bus station. Close to Tiveden, Skövde, Mariestad, Hjo, Karlsborg and Skara Sommarland. Perfect for families, couples or friends who want to stay quietly close to both the city and nature.

Mariestad

family friendly semi-detached house about 1.5 km from the center of Mariestad. On the upper floor there are 3 bedrooms . 1 double bed and 3 x 90 beds are distributed in the bedrooms . Downstairs there is another bedroom with 1st 90 bed . So, in total, there are 4 bedrooms with 5 beds. Outdoors, there is a grill, hot tub, trampoline, and lovely outdoor furniture when in season. Lakefront cottage in Brommösund 25 minutes outside Mariestad with proximity to Lake Vänern on the island of Torsö with swimming, lake view, tranquility, hiking & boat trips. Cozy cottage with partial lake view and a beautiful view of the surrounding nature and meadows, 6 beds in two cottages, large balcony, barbecue, wood stove and 150 meters to the beach. Possibility to rent a smaller boat. Close to hiking trails, restaurant, nature reserve and wildlife. Bed linen, towels and parking is included.

Newly-equipped house with its own bay and rowboat

Lovely vacation home for those who like animals and nature! Here you can fish, swim, hike and cycle. In the nearby area, there are several nature reserves as well as hiking and biking trails. You have access to a simple rowing boat (life jackets can be borrowed) and your own swimming cove or you can borrow our jetty where you can dive or fish. We are located between Örebro and Karlskoga in Norhammar. Towels and sheets are not included. For an additional cost, they can be rented from the host.

Welcome to our guest house dating back to the 19th century, located in Låstad between Skövde and Mariestad. Experience scenic views with evening sun until the sun sets on the horizon. There are plenty of activities within reach. Child-friendly swimming in the lake Vristulven 4 km away, 25 min to Skara Sommarland, 30 min to Sjötorp Göta kanal, 15 min to Mariestad harbor and lake Vänern. 20-30 min to the mountains Billingen and Kinnnekulle, 20 min to the monastery church built 1150 in Varnhem.

Cosy, spacious and luminous house in Mariestad. Located in Kinnekulle, a really nice area in Sweden, known because of its nature and beaches beside Vänern, one of the biggest lakes in Europe. We have a pretty garden where the bees and butterflies love to fly around. Perfect for children and family reunions, guests interested in staying near nature but still in contact with the civilisation ;) Your family will be close to everything when you stay at our centrally-located place!

The gem of Norra Vätättern

On a ridge overlooking the beautiful archipelago of northern Vättern lies our modern, newly built holiday home with large social areas and a fantastic ceiling height with nice light inclusions. Here, a slightly larger group/family can find recovery with proximity to nature, yet it is only 10 minutes by car to the beautiful small town of Askersund. Tiveden National Park is close to Harjebaden's long sandy beach. The house was ready in autumn 2018 and has all amenities.

Spacious villa in Mariestad - 4 bedrooms close to city center

Here, the convenience of the city's amenities is combined with the tranquility of a peaceful villa idyll. This charming 1950s villa is located in a quiet area just outside the city center, with plenty of space for families, friends, and business travelers. The property is lush and green, with a south-facing terrace in a sunny location and grass areas for playing. The property is located close to both Lake Vänern (450 m) and the travel center (1.6 km).

House Kilstrand directly on Lake Säven

The house was renovated in 2017 and impresses our guests with its interior design. Here, solo travelers, couples and families alike feel comfortable. There is also the possibility for befriended travelers to rent the neighboring beach cabin and Kilstrand house at the same time and thus be on the go with friends and still maintain their retreat option. Rural torp idyll

Here there is peace and quiet, in surroundings that seem to come from an Astrid Lindgren fairy tale. You live next door to fields, forests and pastures, at the foot of Kinnekulle. The cottage is directly adjacent to the Vänerleden and 1.5 km away connects to the Biosfärleden. Proximity to Kinnekulle's hiking trails, mountain bike tracks and cultural attractions. Both Skara Sommarland and Läckö Castle are within a few miles.
