The place was just what we needed and met expectations. We were grateful that Mychal was able to get us in a bit early.

I had an amazing stay. The home was exactly as described—spotlessly clean, beautifully decorated, and equipped with everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The location was perfect—close to work, quiet and a walkable neighborhood. Monica was incredibly welcoming and responsive, offering great local tips and making sure I felt at home. The check-in process was smooth and hassle-free, and every little detail showed thoughtfulness and care.

Lodging was as described, and as others have noted, more than we needed! I was in town for a show at MIM, so the location was terrific, being proximate to HWY 51. I would stay here again. Communication was clear and friendly, and very responsive.

Beautiful modern suite with sunset view to mountains from deck on 7th floor on popular Roosevelt Row. Less than mile to convention center with outdoor private pool, many great restaurants and beer gardens nearby plus live jazz many nights nearby. Hosts very responsive.

I truly enjoyed our stay! The house was immaculate, and the neighborhood was tranquil. I highly recommend this place for anyone seeking comfort, convenience, and a peaceful getaway!

Great place everything was well organized and easeasy to find what was need and turning cooking or washing cloths. Anything you need they had available for use. Would 100 percent recommend for someone visiting!

The place was a 10/10!! The pictures are beautiful, but it's even more beautiful in person that the pictures don't even do it justice😩😮‍💨 The blinds and AC were easy to figure out, clear instructions, and the house is BEAUTIFUL, best vacation home for sure and was worth the price paid for it! Enjoyed the house more than going out for once🥰The house was huge, me and my guests became kids playing hide and go seek in the dark lol and a time was had😝 Thank you so much to the wonderful hosts and I will be renting again💓😌Book and get the chance to stay in a $1.3 Million dollar home🥰! Sam was an excellent host. She was accommodating when I requested an early check-in due to coming from out of state. She made sure to awsner my questions in a timely manner. The house was gorgeous and was well designed. Felt like we were right at home. Enjoyed the multiple amenities that were located in the house. We had a great stay! The backyard was so pretty and the pool super refreshing! The home was very nice and had everything we needed and more! It was super clean and the neighborhood was really nice too! We’d choose to stay here again anytime we came up to Tempe!

Everything was like the description on the Airbnb ad. The house was clean and smelled like the cleaner had just left so that was a nice touch as well . All the rooms were clean and spotless. The master bathroom top tier and the other bathroom was nice as well .

My husband and I stayed in Evelyn’s unit for 2 nights when my niece graduated from ASU. It is such a convenient location and Evelyn was a great host with prompt communication. The place was well stocked with plenty of towels, soap, pillows, blankets and plenty of things in the kitchen. We totally felt at home and we would absolutely stay here again. Thank you!

Edith’s place a nice cozy home away from home! My family and I felt very comfortable. I like that she provided options for laundry detergent, made sure we had more than enough bedding and bathroom linens. She was also very communicative with prompt responses. When we arrived, the porch light was on which made the residence easier to find. I would stay here again as it’s out of the way, quiet and close to many attractions in the local area.

The hosts were awesome! They were super responsive to all my questions before and during my stay. The location was perfect, very peaceful and not far from old town scottsdale. Check-in was easy and the space was as described. Highly recommend.

I picked this particular location because of its proximity to Sloan park. Unfortunately, my son’s team got knocked out of the tournament in the first round. The one downside with AirBnb in general is the cancellation policy. I understand the owner wants to keep to the cancellation policy and unfortunately, once spring training is over, those locations are probably hard to book. I just wish I could have left early and gotten a partial refund. Lesson learned.

Perfect place for a great price. Came in town for a quick trip and Marcus’ place was a gem. Would highly recommend and would definitely stay here again.

Our stay was great and Erick accommodated a very specific request from us that required him going above and beyond on a holiday. He was very communicative and handled our request —and then some. The place was perfect for our needs especially each bedroom having its own bathroom. Kitchen was well equipped and the location was perfect for our visit for our son’s graduation from ASU. I would absolutely stay here again or at another of Erick’s properties.

Had a great stay! Ryan was more than hospitable and the place was perfect! I missed in the description that there was an attached garage. Talk about a life saver in the hot Arrizona sun! Will look to stay again when in town :)

The bnb was clean and comfy, the check-in and checkout process were both smooth and intuitive, and the location was great for the purpose I was in town for! Other things of note, the unit maintained a super comfortable temperature, the balcony was a treat (especially in the morning), and the bed/bedding was super comfy! I definitely recommend this location.
