Vacation rentals with outdoor seating in Maricopa

Rae’s home has everything you could need - spacious, very comfortable beds, huge couch, GIANT tv, fast WiFi and fully stocked kitchen. I stayed for several months and was very happy. The back porch has chairs and table and bbq grill, grocery stores five minutes away, and enough restaurants for days when I didn’t want to cook. Oh, and it is a very quiet neighborhood, very safe to walk at night, had zero issues during my stay. Phoenix is just up the road for the airport, spring training games, or anything else. Highly recommend Rae’s home for both short term and long stays!

Great place everything was well organized and easeasy to find what was need and turning cooking or washing cloths. Anything you need they had available for use. Would 100 percent recommend for someone visiting!

The place was a 10/10!! The pictures are beautiful, but it's even more beautiful in person that the pictures don't even do it justice😩😮‍💨 The blinds and AC were easy to figure out, clear instructions, and the house is BEAUTIFUL, best vacation home for sure and was worth the price paid for it! Enjoyed the house more than going out for once🥰The house was huge, me and my guests became kids playing hide and go seek in the dark lol and a time was had😝 Thank you so much to the wonderful hosts and I will be renting again💓😌Book and get the chance to stay in a $1.3 Million dollar home🥰! Wonderful, large home with a beautiful pool for our family to have a great stay! Everyone has their own space but also great gathering space for everyone! Definitely a little retreat in the big city! Will stay again!

Sam was an excellent host. She was accommodating when I requested an early check-in due to coming from out of state. She made sure to awsner my questions in a timely manner. The house was gorgeous and was well designed. Felt like we were right at home. Enjoyed the multiple amenities that were located in the house. Third time here, third unit, ALL AMAZING! I’ve been staying in these units since 2019 every time I come to a Phoenix. They are the best! Conveniently located, immaculate, and awesomely designed/decorated. Every time I come I make sure to get one of Derek’s units. Cannot recommend enough!!!

Phyllis's house was so nice and comfortable. It was an excellent alternative to getting two hotel rooms. And even though we arrived late, she was quick to greet us and make us feel at home. She even had restaurant recommendations for dinner at 8pm. We would definitely stay again if we have the chance.

Lodging was as described, and as others have noted, more than we needed! I was in town for a show at MIM, so the location was terrific, being proximate to HWY 51. I would stay here again. Communication was clear and friendly, and very responsive.

Beautiful modern suite with sunset view to mountains from deck on 7th floor on popular Roosevelt Row. Less than mile to convention center with outdoor private pool, many great restaurants and beer gardens nearby plus live jazz many nights nearby. Hosts very responsive.

Cute, clean, quaint condo on a beautiful peaceful property. Stocked with basic essentials (even shampoo, conditioner and K cups for coffee) as well as what you’d typically expect. Great communication with Lil. If you’re staying in the Chandler area, id highly recommend!

Our family went for my sisters graduation to AZ. We love Scottsdale so this is a great place to stay if you like the area. The pool is a plus and it is very quite area. Very clean place.

This place was like staying at home! All sorts of amenities were available, i.e. from condiments to blankets. I would highly recommend this place to anyone! It was quiet, safe surroundings, easy access and parking.

Had a great stay! Ryan was more than hospitable and the place was perfect! I missed in the description that there was an attached garage. Talk about a life saver in the hot Arrizona sun! Will look to stay again when in town :)

The bnb was clean and comfy, the check-in and checkout process were both smooth and intuitive, and the location was great for the purpose I was in town for! Other things of note, the unit maintained a super comfortable temperature, the balcony was a treat (especially in the morning), and the bed/bedding was super comfy! I definitely recommend this location.
