It is in a quiet area but not far from the Thermal Baths and the square at the heart of the local nightlife. It is not far from the seafront, which allows you to take quiet walks. It's good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, and families. A camping cot can be offered. Transfer from/to Bari airport for a fee.

One of the two terraces is unusable because it is used as a storage area for building materials. The second terrace, the one where the washing machine is located, is 100% usable. There may be some noise from the workers. The workers work from Monday to Friday from 7:00 am to 3:00 pm and on Saturdays from 7:00 am to 1:00 pm.
