Refurbished atypical studio in the city center. It is a tower on three floors, pleasant to live in by its optimization of space and its very special charm. Old fireplace (out of order), triple exposures with lake view... It consists of an independent bedroom area under the roofs on the upper level, a living area, equipped kitchen, living room (TV & internet) on the middle level (entrance) and a bathroom and toilet (washing machine, dressing room) on the lower level.

Charming studio adjoining our house but totally independent of 25m² in the small village of Jussy with a bathroom/toilet, a fitted kitchen and a bedroom. Brand new studio created in a former carpenter's workshop at the end of a quiet and relaxing cul-de-sac overlooking the vegetable gardens. The studio is composed of an entrance on the ground floor and the accommodation on the 1st floor. It is fully equipped. You'll find basic food as well as bicycles to access the surroundings The studio is a 5-minute bike ride to the lake, a 7-minute walk to a supermarket and the village center.
