Vacation rentals with a patio in Margareten

Beautiful, bright modern apartment. Exactly as described in the advertisement. The large roof terrace with seating was also great. Heike sent clear instructions a few hours before check-in, so everything worked out smoothly. Right outside the door there are various restaurants and supermarkets. Due to the proximity to the U-Bahn and tram, you can quickly get to the city center. We would definitely book this apartment again and again for a stay in Vienna.

The accommodation can be reached in 10 minutes' walk from the train station and is located in a very quiet neighborhood, right next to the Belvedere Park. The place is very quiet, I could sleep with the window open. I also enjoyed the small balcony to the courtyard. Everything was clean and tidy. The decor is simple, the kitchen small, but completely adequate if you don't cook a 4-course menu. The bathroom is large and the bed has excellent sleep quality. The staff at the front desk was friendly and I was able to drop off my luggage on the day of departure and got an access card so that I could pick up my luggage in the evening - after the front desk was no longer staffed.

Amel has been a great host always ready to help his guests. We loved his apartment in Vienna—it’s spacious, beautiful and very aesthetic. Amel has been very responsive and the place looked exactly as the pictures. We wish we could spend some more time there. Recommend this place to anyone travelling to Vienna and looking for a cosy, homely accommodation

The apartment was very clean and organized. Sophie is friendly and was always available for any questions. The location is excellent, with public transport 5 minutes from the apartment and there are also two supermarkets nearby. I recommend the space.

The place was clean and even nicer than the pictures showed. The view and the terrace are very nice. The complex is safe. The pool was also good in terms of temperature. Everything great! Bettina was very helpful, reliable and always easy to reach!

Great place!

The house is well located, within walking distance of Meidling train station, there is a large billa supermarket just across the street, and it is located in a residential area, overall it is very quiet.It is worth mentioning that everything from pillows, duvets to mattresses are very comfortable.Finally, it would be better if the lights in the living room could be brighter.

Loved the place, location and access. Noah has a great welcome video that shows you exactly how to get in with him walking you (through video) through all the steps. Super easy. The space is very generous with everything you would need for a stay. My goal was to stay very close to everything but not inside the heavily tourist area. The flat is in a great neighborhood with shops, restaurants, etc. but also quiet when you were there. Highly recommend it!

Michael's place was great. My fitters were thrilled. Everything was as described. Very large accommodation with a super quiet location. Always happy to come back.

We had a great 10-day family vacation in Viviane's apartment in Vienna. The apartment had everything we needed and more, the location was very convenient (with a supermarket across the street) and the neighborhood was very quiet. All the major attractions were easily accessible by public transportation, communication with Viviane was very easy and we received very detailed instructions when needed. Highly recommended!!!

Home is in a quiet & peacefull location away from the city. Perfect if you have a vehicle to travel to a local carpark & use public transport into the city.

Murat's house was perfect for us! We were even allowed to check in a few hours earlier than the requirement! The house was very clean and tidy, nothing was missing! All in all, it was a fantastic vacation in this pretty house! Thank you so much to Murat!

Angela was a great host and her place was perfect for our short city trip! Everything was spotless and practical, we could check in earlier than usual… our needs have been met perfectly. The location of the house is not very central, but you can walk to the train station which is not that far away and catch the train to Vienna (you‘ll be there in 15mins). Sadly we couldn’t try the pool as we only stayed a couple of days, but we‘ll surely catch up our next time in Vienna!

Nadine was very flexible. We were able to move into the accommodation before the specified date. Nadine and Jürgen were very friendly and helpful. If you like it quieter, this is the place to be.

Loved our stay here - Would recommend having a car for accessibility reasons but the place is beautiful clean relaxing and everything as described! Dutch tub was fantastic!

We really enjoyed our stay at Delia's. Away from the touristy area but still within very easy reach with the tram right by the front door, bus over in the side street. We would certainly stay at Delia's when we next return to Vienna.

Very bright, spacious and quiet apartment with a great roof terrace. The apartment is equipped with everything you need and even has air conditioning (which is not unimportant in summer, as the apartment gets good sun from noon ;-)). There are 2 supermarkets within walking distance, as well as various public transport (e.g. U4/6, bus 12 A, tram 18) within a few minutes' walk and you can get to the famous sights super fast. A parking garage is available in about 10 minutes' walk and if you get the appropriate parking app for the stay, you can park your car for less than €8/day. There are hardly any cafes (e.g. for breakfast) or restaurants in the immediate vicinity, but due to the short distances with the public transport, that was not a big deal for us. I can definitely recommend the apartment for a trip to Vienna. The contact with the landlord was also quick and straightforward.

Edit & Dieter are great hosts, exactly as all other reviewers point out. The apartment is very spacious, perfect for 3 adults (husband, sister & I) for a full week. We particularly appreciated quiet privacy before & after a day of sightseeing! And we loved safe parking, dishwasher & washing machine. Great value for money! The house is truly special- old world charm! Comfortable & well equipped. Surprisingly quiet inside given busy street. Lovely balcony to watch squirrels during our breakfast. Groceries are close by as is excellent Italian restaurant. Many visitors write about using public transportation to get around, but we chose to go by car. Do expect to pay 25-30 Euros to park for the day, but relative to our home location in The Netherlands this is reasonable. It saved us a lot of time, but we understand it’s a choice, as navigating by car in & around Vienna is not simple!

Everything works perfectly. Make sure your phone is able to make a call for opening the building door. We had some trouble getting to garage at checkout coz the door was locked so we needed to walk thru the garage gate to get in. Except this, no any other issues. Jenny was very helpful and responsive all the time. Thank you.

A really good place to stay. Super close to the Meidling train station and a fairly quiet neighborhood. The instructions from the listing were super clear and I didn't need to contact the host at all. The self-check in was easy. The apartment itself could use better cleaning, however. I found hair from previous guests and they didn't vacuum beneath tables where a lot of dirt was found. Overall, a good stay in Vienna for a good price. I'd stay there again if the opportunity came up.

I had a wonderful stay in Tanjs airbnb! The apartment is in a perfect location, just a short walk from the beautiful Belvedere Palace and well connected to public transport for exploring the rest of Vienna. The area also has plenty of shops nearby for anything you might need. The apartment itself is clean, cosy, and well-equipped with everything you need. It even has a lovely balcony with a view of the trees - a great spot to relax. Tanja is an amazing host, very responsive and full of great recommendations for places to visit. I would definitely recommend staying here :)

Really good and convenient.

There is nothing to complain about. The pool is unique and easy to reach on the 31st floor. Great view. The supermarket Billa is well stocked. The subway is a 5-minute walk and actually runs all the time. We stayed 7 days and felt very comfortable.
