The very famous Vienna Naschmarkt can be reached in about 15 minutes on foot, as well as the Mariahilferstraße (very famous shopping street). A supermarket is located in the immediate vicinity.

The newly renovated apartment is on the ground floor, is not visible from the street side, and all windows have been equipped with burglary protection. The apartment is centrally located but still in a quiet side street not far from the famous Viennese Naschmarkt. The 45 m² consist of a combined living room/bedroom, a small kitchen with dining area, a bathroom with shower and a separate toilet.
