Die Wohnung ist besonders hell und verfügt über einen kleinen Balkon mit Blick auf einen Innenhofgarten. Trotz der zentralen Lage bietet der Ausblick Ruhe und Erholung fernab vom Trubel der Stadt. Das Stadtzentrum – Oper, Musikverein, Albertina, Naschmarkt – ist nur einen Katzensprung entfernt.

There is a large Spar and DM located right in front of the building, making grocery shopping very easy and convenient. The apartment is located on the 4th floor and the building has an elevator.
