This stay exceeded all my expectations. The place was very spacious and comfortable, ideal for family celebrations. The location was perfect, with a beautiful view of the reservoir. Vicente was always very attentive to our questions, I definitely recommend it to anyone visiting the area.

Gustavo's place was the perfect place to have a pleasant time with family and friends. It has everything you need to arrive and feel at home. The pool area with its great view, were everyone's favorite afternoons. Highly recommended!

The place is ideal for visiting as a family, it has all the amenities, it is very well equipped, we all really liked the place. The area is very quiet, we felt very comfortable and relaxed. The beautiful garden, we love fruit trees, very beautiful and the pool is very nice. Francisca always responded to my messages, very happy with the experience and we hope to return someday. Highly recommended, definitely a 10/10

Victor's house is wonderful, much better than what you see in the photos, which are apparently a little older. Spacious, clean, comfortable, quiet, with everything you need to have fun and rest. Very friendly and concerned hosts. Our only observation is that on the other side of the gazebo there is a large hill of horse manure, so the smell is not pleasant when barbecuing, and there are usually many flies. We also suggest adding a clothesline. The place is completely closed and fenced, very safe for our dog. We will definitely be back, 100% recommended.

The place is amazing. As shown in the pictures. It has everything you need for a comfortable stay with a spectacular view. Marcela really stands out as a host, she is attentive and very kind, she even waited for my puppy with a little gift. I would 100% recommend. I would definitely come back.

I'm in love with this apartment and (wish I could say that) I will be moving in next week. The location is fantastic, very walkable with lots of restaurants, bars, and transit nearby. The home is beautifully decorated and has amenities you would have if you lived there (a water jug dispenser, tea selection, extra towels, etc). Paz was very responsive when I had questions, the doorman was helpful when we couldn't figure out where to find the apartment key, and her house manual was super helpful. Highly recommend staying here to anyone visiting Santiago. The cons are very minimal, but will share here so you are aware: the shower head needs replacing (water comes out at a trickle), the bedroom floor is very squeaky, and the bed is both squeaky and sinks in the middle so it's a bit difficult for 2 people to sleep comfortably. Local recommendations would also be nice (or even a crowd-sourced guide that visitors could add to. Don't wait, book today! :D

Everything was fine with the hosts, beautiful place, comfortable in a very good area of the city. The problem arose with AIRBNB, who wanted to cancel the reservation under conditions that only suited them.

The place met all the necessary requirements, everything was very clean and tidy, a central place with plenty of panoramas to do during the stay, regarding the Host, friendly and quick to respond.

Excellent place, very clean, tidy, with all the necessary amenities and services, not to mention the unparalleled beautiful view. The host Soledad is very kind, responsive and gives excellent recommendations for the area. In addition, we went with our one-year-old baby and Soledad set up the crib next to the bed (you can see that it is a new crib, excellent quality, with impeccable bedding and quality as well), she even left a gift for him in the crib. I would really recommend this place a thousand times and we will definitely be back.

The apartment has an unbeatable view, very comfortable. If I had to give any recommendations, I would say that the TV was not very good and that to leave the apartment clean, it is necessary to have utensils for it. But overall everything was great. Highly recommended.

Charming apartment (it is in a high place), spacious, tidy, comfortable, with an excellent view of the sea. Mobility is good and if you like to walk you can go to shopping centers and the beach. Recommended

Very nice apartment in a quiet and safe neighborhood, excellent for a couples getaway. Close to transportation and by car you are close to everything.

We loved our stay here. It's a terrific apartment, beautifully decorated with stunning views of Valparaiso. We enjoyed it so much and were so relaxed, we even decided to order food in one night so we didn't have to leave! When we did go out, the location is unbeatable - close to supermarkets, cafes, restaurants, walking. If you choose not to walk, Uber has no trouble finding the address. Beds are very comfortable and showers are hot. The lovely gentlemen at concierge are super helpful with parking, laundry keys (even small change for the machines!) and general enquiries. They also explained that there is a garbage room on each level so we could easily dispose of bottles, etc. One of my favourite stays in our 7 week trip.
