Le logement est proche de restaurants, d’activités adaptées aux familles, de la vie nocturne, de la rivière et principalement des sites touristiques importants dans la région.

To visit the Périgord Noir while being in a quiet area (in the countryside 10 km from Sarlat). Property consists of our house, four rental cottages, swimming pool (guaranteed opening from early June to mid-September) to share with other tenants, on 5000 m2 of land. Not to mention the barbecue, ping-pong table and trampoline. The price does not include end-of-stay cleaning – on request – (€60), or linens – on request – (sheets and towels – €15 per person).

Le Chalet 4p, 3* heated pool, Spa Park & wifi

Our cottage "Le Chalet" (50m2) is ideal for a couple with young children. Located in front of the playground, you can relax on the terrace while watching your loulous playing in the park… You have at your disposal garden furniture and hard barbecue. You will have access to the heated pool and Spa (from mid-April to late September depending on the weather) as well as the landscaped park (these areas are to be shared with the hosts of our other cottages).

In an exceptional setting, our 3 cottages are located in the heart of nature with a swimming pool (12 x 6 m) and free Wi-Fi and are not overlooked by each other. We are ideally located. You benefit from both the tranquility of nature while being close to all shops and restaurants, cultural, gastronomic and sports activities. Pets are welcome.

Rural French idyll next to the river

With bathing facilities on the river La Dronne lies Le Petit Garcon a charming holiday home. 1.5 hour drive to the Atlantic coast. Excellent wineyards in Pomerol and St Emilion on a 30 min drive. Hiking, golf, tennis, horse riding and cycling. 2 major bathing areas at the bicycle distance from the house. 2 minute walk to the local bakery and restaurants. The house offers a nice garden, several nice patios. Perfect for a family/group of 7-9.

Sandrine and Benoit offer a rental located in the heart of the Périgord Noir between Sarlat, Montignac and Les Eyzies. Les Gites La Garrigue is a small family-friendly and friendly holiday village, ideal starting point for your visits and gastronomic tastings. The cottage is quiet with a view of a wooded hillside. The equipment is complete with Wi-Fi. My place is perfect for couples, families (with kids), and four-legged friends.

Bedroom on first floor, with en suite shower and downstairs bedroom with en suite shower. The large gardens, pond & solar heated 9m x 4m pool are shared with 2 other small cottages. The property is surrounded by woods and fields

The Little House of Vines

Small independent house for 4 people. It is located in the heart of the largest vineyards of St Emilion, a 5-minute walk to the center of the village. Outside, you will enjoy a terrace and a small private garden with breathtaking views of the green hills: you can have lunch and relax after your visits.
