Small private island located between Angouleme and Cognac, on the path of the bike path "La Flow vélo", in the immediate vicinity of the pretty beach of Le Bain des Dames. House with adjoining garden overlooking the river. Located in the beautiful region of Dordogne, in the heart of Périgord Vert, not far from Brantome en Périgord, we welcome you to a former barn completely renovated in 2024. On the ground floor is a well-equipped open kitchen with modern amenities. Head upstairs where four air-conditioned bedrooms and two bathrooms await you. Outdoor spaces include an 1800 m2 garden with a 10x5 pool. Local shops are 5 km away.

A pretty cottage set in a water mill, it is ideal for a couple, but can also accommodate a family of up to 4 people. The cottage has a fully equipped kitchenette, and use of the swimming pool during the summer months, and for the winter months we have a pellet stove in the main living area, and a radiator in the bedroom upstairs. The bathroom has a heated towel rail.
