Well located and charming accommodation, in a typical neighborhood close to the ocean where the must-see corners of Royan can be visited on foot. In the evening, the nights are quiet and the mattress is comfortable. Thanks to Hugo for his responsiveness and kindness. We'll be back!

We had a great time in this apartment in a great location, a short walk to the beach, restaurants - bars, a park and other local shops. The apartment is good quality, very nice and really clean. Comfortable bedding. In short, we would highly recommend it!

We had a great weekend with the family for the Royan marathon, in this apartment with great hospitality. Everything is perfect, the location, the terrace, the decoration, the amenities, etc. A gem of an apartment that we recommend and we would not hesitate to return.

Pleasant stay in this clean, bright, peaceful and tastefully decorated accommodation! Located at the foot of the bike paths, everything is easily accessible by bike. The patio with a very well furnished and flowery terrace without anyone opposite you is a real plus! I would highly recommend it!

The house was superb - spacious, smart and very well-equipped in every respect. It has a lovely pool, pool house and poolside lounging area, which our children and grandchildren thoroughly enjoyed. Its location in Saint-Palais-sur-Mer is great, with one beach (Plage du Platin) within easy walking distance and others (Grand Coté, Bureau and Nauzan) just a little further away. There is a good boulangerie (which serves pizzas in the evening) and a seafood supplier just 5 minutes walk away. We would be very happy to stay with Catherine again and thoroughly recommend the house.

Very nice accommodation, as described and even beyond our expectations regarding the garden which is huge, very well appointed and perfectly maintained. The indoor pool was appreciated in view of the mixed weather. We had a great weekend with friends! I would recommend it in a second.

Accommodation clean and true to description. Sebastien responds quickly and kindly to our last minute reservation, which is very nice. Small downside on extras (linen) which is in our opinion expensive and makes the overall rental price too expensive for this small accommodation.

We had a great weekend with the family at Valerie's house. The accommodation is very close to the center but quiet. The house is very nice, new with a nice garden. We were able to do everything on foot (beach, restaurants, walks, shopping). Communication was very easy because the owners live right next door. Short perfect stay!

Very good stay at Angelique and Christophe's. The residence is in a very good location on the island and pedestrian access to the fleet is very fast. The apartment was completely renovated and spotless. The location is very good and the host is always attentive and willing to help. Everything was great. The only thing is, there's not much room for clothes if you're going for many days.
