Two beautiful bedrooms with a view and two bathrooms and a fully furnished kitchen with a dishwasher, free wifi , a smart tv with a satellite dishwasher of two air conditioners, an outdoor grill and a fire pit. We're only 20 minutes away from the sea and the beach. The nearby beautiful old towns of Motovun, Grožnjan, Oprtalj are 5-15 minutes away and the 7 waterfall trail is 15min away.

A cozy studio for two in the center with parking

Relax in this pleasant and nicely decorated accommodation.The apartment is located on the 1st floor and is suitable for two persons.This studio apartment has everything you need for your vacation. It is located in the city center,but in a side street.It is very peaceful and quiet, yet three steps from the shops,market ,bakery. The beach ,harbor, and restaurants are also close by. Everything is within walking distance, so you don't need a vehicle at all. You can park your vehicle in a private parking lot inside an enclosed yard.

We are renting an apartment in center of Novigrad. The city of Novigrad has a history that goes far back in time. The whole city is surrounded by walls which gives visitors a feeling of security and shelter. The apartment gives you a feeling of freshness and privacy. You can relax in peace on the private terrace or jump to the beach, which is a two-minute walk away. Near the apartment there are beaches, the central street which offers a lot of fun, in restaurants, bars and street entertainers.

The house is located on the west coast of the Istrian peninsula near Novigrad (Cittanova) and is no more than 1 hour away from any other city in Istra. During the stay the guests have the entire house and the back porch to themselves. When not exploring the rest of the region you can enjoy your food on the back porch table. There's an outdoor kitchen as well a charcoal barbecue ready at all times. And for those quick fresh showers after the beach there's an outdoors shower as well.

A perfect stay for us. Beautiful architecture, the pool under a small roof, always usable even in a short rain shower. Benny is more of a concierge than a caretaker, always available with very good tips for restaurants. The terrace with sun loungers and seating area, a table group under the roof outdoors, so you could sit outside wonderfully both in the morning and in the evening. We only left today, but are already planning our next stay.

We had such a great stay at Marjana's. The house, pool, outdoors is just amazing!! She is a very kind and helpful person. The views from the house are so beautiful and we really enjoyed the quietness. The house is very big with plenty of space and all you might need. We hope to stay again soon!

The place was very nice, beautiful decoration, you can see the ovens to the detail. We felt very comfortable, we were also able to enjoy the rainy days in the accommodation. We will be happy to come back.
