Enjoy a stylish stay in this 3 bedroom home. The dormer features a King Bed(from two XL twin mattresses). That could make the total of 4 individual beds if you need. See dormer photos! I work at a furniture store, so beds and furniture are guaranteed to be COMFORTABLE! Plenty of seating for everyone and places to go if you need your own space. Upstairs dormer has a reading /desk area and the basement has a sofa , 2 chairs and game table. Washer and dryer also downstairs. And an extra shower!!

There is space to park on the driveway and is walking distance to Dordt College the local public high school and the All Season Center with the ice rink and indoor/outdoor swimming pool. Close to Dordt University and several attractions

We are close to Dordt University within walking distance. Close to the All Seasons Center which has an indoor/outdoor pool and also the indoor hockey rink. The bike trails and local park are within walking distance(we have 2 bikes you can use). Downtown is very close with several coffee shops, a mall, and several restaurants. We live in a quiet neighborhood. We have 2 grocery stores and a Walmart if you happen to forget anything.
