The mansion offers 6 spacious bedrooms with space for up to 6 families and groups of up to 12 adults. It can accommodate 20 people in 5 double beds and on good mattresses. In addition, the building offers spacious common areas. 1 large living and dining room with open fireplace. 1 small lounge. 1 large kitchen, library, 1 sauna, 1 jacuzzi (use costs an additional €150).

The 37 m² one-room apartment is located on the first floor of a farmhouse in the village center of Marburg-Hermershausen and is accessible through the shared staircase. Real wood parquet, tiled floor as well as a solid wood kitchen, solid wood furniture and natural textiles invite you to feel good. The spacious bathroom has a floor-level shower, the kitchen offers a double-burner ceramic hob, microwave and exhaust hood. Wi-Fi is available. If necessary, a washing machine can also be used.

From this centrally located home, you'll be in all the important places in no time. A small supermarket is around the corner and you can walk to the upper town. The apartment is located in a quiet cul-de-sac and there is a parking space. There is a fireplace for which firewood is provided. The apartment is freshly renovated and everything is clean.
