City apartment

The cozy and beautiful 2-room apartment can accommodate 1-3 people The location of the apartment is within walking distance of the city center, market square, town hall, castle, Blühendes Barock, fairy tale garden, train station, MHP Arena, forum, film academy, wine bars, bistros, restaurants. In just a 13-minute walk you can reach the Ludwigsburg train station, whose trains take you to Stuttgart every 10 minutes. Depending on the train, you need between 10-17 minutes to Stuttgart Central Station. Our guests have the apartment to themselves.

Staying with Aunt Käthe in Remseck

The apartment has two rooms , bedroom and common room with kitchenette, shower and hallway. The rooms are centrally heated in the shower with underfloor heating. The apartment is a non-smoking apartment, it is located on the ground floor and is one of two residential units. It is centrally located in the center of Remseck district of Aldingen. Bus lines to the residence city of Ludwigsburg or the light rail to Stuttgart can be reached in a few minutes by foot. The apartment does not have a parking space.

The accommodation is only a few minutes' walk from the Residence Palace, Favoritenpark, marketplace, and train station. A nearby bus stop provides additional mobility. Enjoy the view into the fairytale garden right from the living room. The approximately 40 m² apartment offers a fully equipped kitchen with a coffee machine, a cozy queen-size bed, and a sofa bed. A balcony, air conditioning, smart TV with a soundbar, stereo system, and underfloor heating in the living room are further amenities.

Bettwäsche, Handtücher und Endreinigung sind inklusive. Die Ferienwohnung ist barrierefrei und somit auch für Gäste mit körperlichen Einschränkungen bestens geeignet. Good transport connections: A81 approx. 3.5 km, Marbach am Neckar 4 km, Ludwigsburg 10 km, Stuttgart 25 km. S-Bahn from Marbach to Stuttgart via Ludwigsburg. A playground is right next door. A special experience is the overnight stay in the charming sleeping barrel. Ideal for short breaks, cyclists, hikers, motorcyclists or simply anyone looking for a special experience. The barrel is equipped with a cozy 2 x 2 m bed. An extendable table and two cozy benches offer the opportunity to enjoy a nightcap, snack or glass of wine. Lovingly furnished - perfect for a short stay. The beds are made for you. Towels are to be brought along.

You will stay in an Art Nouveau house, which has recently been renovated to a high standard. It is about 500 meters from the Ludwigsburg Baroque Palace. You can easily reach Ludwigsburg train station by bus in about 10 minutes or on foot in approx. 20 minutes. Parking is available in the yard. The apartment has a spacious private terrace overlooking the countryside. In the daylight bathroom you will find a walk-in shower.

Duplex apartment in the oldest house in Marbach

The duplex apartment is located on the 2nd floor of a historic and oldest half-timbered house in the city of Marbach. This is only a 5-minute walk from the S-Bahn or bus as well as the old town or a nearby beer garden on the Neckar river bank. Next to the house runs the main road through the town. Due to the low insulation of the half-timbered house, it can be a little more restless on weekdays.
