I must say it was an unforgettable experience! The rooms were spotless, and the bed was incredibly comfortable. I loved everything about this flat Clean rooms, interior designs and a nice atmosphere.

We absolutely loved the space as it was just enough for the two of us and our dog. The place was easy to find and the whole process was smooth from beginning to end with the hosts being accessible at all times, checking in to see if we needed any help. The security at the property was also very helpful and hands on with aiding us in any way needed. Would highly recommend the space to anyone looking for a nice place to stay in Kochi!

Myself & my kids wanted a safe place close to our families and this was quite the right pad. We instantly felt at home. The views added to the serenity vibe. We were unperturbed by the rains and winds at this time of the year. The house was clean with aesthetic decor, apt for an AirBnB, tidy bathrooms and useable kitchen. We were provided with towels and the washing machine came handy. Free of mosquitos! Since we didn’t want to bother with groceries, we ordered take-ins and Swiggy/Zomato came in handy but we missed home food. Rem, the hostess with the mostess, was ever so helpful and compassionate, and added to the charm of the property. We are ever so grateful to her and she is an asset to Anna. Security was reassuring and the residents were friendly. We had a great stay and our kids want to come back here for our next holiday. 100% enjoyed our stay which met all our needs.

We had a great experience at Beena's Airbnb in Ernakulam. It is a beautiful, spacious, clean and cozy house. Beena was a wonderful, understanding and friendly host. She helped us with all our enquires and made sure our stay was comfortable. We felt as if we are staying in our own home while in this Airbnb. The property is just as shown in the photos—beautifully located by the lakeside. It was quite clean overall, though a few areas could use a bit of maintenance. Mr. Aneesh, the property manager, was very helpful and quick to respond to all our needs. It would be even better if the food menu included more local cuisine options.

Each morning, he greeted us with freshly brewed coffee, which was the perfect way to start our day. His attention to detail and genuine care for his guests made our experience unforgettable. The property was clean, well-maintained, and located in a serene environment, making it an ideal retreat. Mr. Ravi also shared great local tips that helped us explore the best of Alleppey. We couldn’t have asked for a better host and would highly recommend staying with him! One of the highlights of our stay was the fantastic BBQ we enjoyed in his beautiful lawn—an experience made even better by his helpful and friendly nature.

One Improvement Needed: ❌ No hot water in all bathrooms – This was a bit inconvenient, especially in the mornings. Despite this, the overall experience was pleasant, and I’d recommend Binoy’s homestay to travelers who value quiet surroundings and genuine hospitality. If hot water is added in all the bathroom in the future, it would be perfect!
