I had a fantastic stay at this Airbnb house and can’t recommend it enough. The space was clean, cozy, and beautifully decorated, with thoughtful touches that made it feel like home. The kitchen was fully stocked, perfect for preparing meals, and the backyard was a great spot to relax in the evenings. Beautiful and Had a homely feeling

wonderful holiday stay at Vaikom, this property offers both comfort and warmth. Mr. Binu, a responsive host, and his dad, Mr. Ramachandra Panickar (a retired IAF officer), was truly welcoming and kind. The house help, Mr. Surendran and his wife, Ms. Rethi Chechi, went above and beyond, treating us like family and preparing delicious meals, tailored for our kids’s liking. The property itself is lovely, featuring three well-maintained bedrooms with attached bathrooms that were spotless from the moment we arrived. Binu also shared helpful contact details for renting a car, making commuting around easy at affordable costs. The breakfast, priced at 150 per person, included idli, dosa, vada, and boiled banana with chutney and sambar. For lunch and dinner, the non-veg option (fish/chicken) was 250 per person was worth for the price point, quality and quantity served while the vegetarian meal was 225. Would definitely visit the next time!

Second time back and still absolutely lush. The place has such a calm, laid-back vibe – proper peaceful. You get cracking views of the sunrise and sunset, and if you’re anything like me and love just parking yourself outside with a cuppa, soaking up those stunning Kerala scenes, it’s spot on. Proper little getaway!

Had a wonderful and peaceful stay. Swimming pool which was open for 24 hours had complete privacy and the water was crystal clear. Delicious home cooked breakfast was served. Host was really helpful ensuring we had everything we needed😇❤️.

The property is just as shown in the photos—beautifully located by the lakeside. It was quite clean overall, though a few areas could use a bit of maintenance. Mr. Aneesh, the property manager, was very helpful and quick to respond to all our needs. It would be even better if the food menu included more local cuisine options.

We had the pleasure of staying with Deepu and his family whilst on our visit to kerala. From the minute we arrived Deepu and Christine made us feel so welcome and helped us so much . "The apartment was absolutely spotless and beautifully decorated. Our host went above and beyond to make sure we felt at home. "Communication was seamless with the family . They invited us to meet friends and even go away to visit them on a trip we never would have experienced. We( 8 people+ 1pet)had stayed for 2 days at this beautiful property of Ammachiveedu this Christmas. This heritage property is well maintained along with all modern amenities for a great comfortable stay. Beautiful lawns and pool added to the beauty and the kids thoroughly enjoyed them with badminton , frisbee and water polo. The best part of the property for me personally is the all glass dining room which is welcoming and pleasant.Staff especially caretaker Ebi and Owners Alexander and Sanjo were super helpful and friendly. It is located conveniently at heart of city making it easy to move around and order stuff. Also, the tourist locations like Kumarakom, Kuttanad and Makarikkal are all under 30 mins drive from the location. Definitely recommend this to anyone who wants to explore in and around kottayam!!!!

My family of 16 with2 kids stayed at this place during our visit to Alleppey. This is a beautiful property just 5 minutes walk from the beach. The host Paulson was very helpful. The evening we reached, the local restaurants were not delivering food as there was horrible traffic because of a local music fest. We took Paulson's motorcycle to get food. My family absolutely loved the stay, kids enjoyed the badminton, cricket, carrom and card games a lot. The only suggestion I would give is to put gates for the small indoor pool. It's a risk for people staying with small kids.

It was great stay overall. The place was exactly like the pictures. We had a amazing stay. The stay was totally private. There are helpers in the next compound. The view is totally amazing and the pool was cleaned daily. The cleaner helped a lot. if you prefer cooking they have utensils. Limited restaurant choice if you prefer to order food. Perfect for both family and group. We had a great time and recommend everyone to try this place.

Beautiful property. The beach is very close to the property and you can really enjoy a private time there with your family. Shamil was really helpful and responsive. He arranged an early checkin for us and was throughout very responsive to all the queries. The caretaker Varghese was very sweet and helpful and arranged whatever we needed during the stay. The nearby restaurants also delivers to the location and Swiggy was also available. Would recommend this if you need to live by beach side and want to have a peaceful time.

We had a wonderful stay at this charming, traditional Kerala house! Our group of friends found the home beautifully maintained, with three spacious AC bedrooms and large, clean bathrooms that made our stay very comfortable. The fully functional kitchen was a big plus. Although the house is located right on the highway, the large compound provided complete privacy and a peaceful environment. One of our favorite spots was the cozy patio in the backyard, shaded by a huge jackfruit tree — perfect for relaxing in the evenings. For the price, this place is honestly the best deal you could find. A special thanks to our host, Romy, who made sure our experience was absolutely perfect and hassle-free. Less than one hour drive from cochin. A lap pool would be a perfect addition.

Had a wonderful stay at this Kerala-style property. The house is spacious, with a cozy bedroom, a well-equipped kitchen and an outdoor kitchen in the backyard. The big speakers were a unique and delightful touch. The front area is perfect for enjoying a cup of tea and the beautifully maintained compound adds to the property's aesthetic charm. The beach is just 100 meters away, is always empty, offering a peaceful and private experience. Watching the beautiful sunset from the beach was truly special. Major tourist spots in Alappuzha are within 10 km. The Kerala-style breakfast was delicious and the host David was very responsive and helpful. A perfect getaway for a relaxing and aesthetic stay.

My friends and I stayed here and the views were too good. If you are looking for a laid-back staycation to just relax please come here! Harshan and the caretaker Rojin were super responsive. They took care of every single thing we needed. It is about 20km from the city but that is exactly the kind of escape we wanted. Food app deliveries are available so thats not an issue. Overall wonderful experience it was.
