The dining area can seat up to 8, the kitchen is fully stocked with all of the essentials. There is a small and functional office area with a printer and paper, and a laundry room. There are 3 comfortable bedrooms with smart TVs, fast internet, high quality bedding and ceiling fans.

Within 2 miles are restaurants and shopping area with brand name stores. Texas Roadhouse, Cracker Barrel, and other eating places nearby.

Thunderbird: a haven for hikers, birders, artists

Nestled at the foot of stunning Red Butte, Thunderbird Suite is southwestern decor with antique furniture. Just outside the glass doors, is a desert landscape of Saguaros & other Sonoran natural desert cactus & trees. Thunderbird is an independent, private suite added onto the main house, with a wall separating it. There is laundry available just next to the private bath with shower & tub. Peaceful Little Desert House - mountains, cactus!

So much History on this 7 acre property! The famous Tucson artist, Ted Degrazia, stayed here and actually painted on the walls! If you are coming to the desert for the mountains, the cactus, the sunsets and the wildlife, but also want to be very close to everything; this is the place! There are multiple homes on this property. Our primary home is here and and another vacation home. There is a huge Party Barn on the property that can be added on for events, at a special rate.
