There are 2 double beds and 2 single beds in the house so that this house is suitable for a maximum of 6 people. Ideal for a family to stay and enjoy their holiday. The community has a large pool.

The renovation carried out by the architecture studio GÁLVEZ+DÍAZ has managed to rescue the original hydraulic pavements hidden under two levels of tiles, restore the balcony doors and the modernist viewpoint of the facade and enhance the solid brick of the original load-bearing walls of the building and its structure of sawn wooden beams.
