Vacation rentals with beach access in Mar Menor

I think it was one of the best experiences we had on Airbnb! José is a super friendly gentleman, he always responded quickly and offered us what we needed, we should not hesitate to write to him! The apartment is impeccable and very complete and best of all the views of the Mar Menor and the pool, from all the rooms of the house you can see the sea and those wonderful and unique sunsets! Very quiet, with nearby restaurants and a supermarket! A great stay that we would definitely repeat and we absolutely recommend it! Thank you so much for everything Jose! Our short stay was a luxury!

The apartment was in good condition, had everything we needed and we had a great time. The town is in a great location and is close to many other places👌

A very pleasant weekend at Andres and Nuria's house. Exactly as shown in the photos, very quiet. Andres and Nuria are very attentive, and available. They have added a bed for the baby, there are toys for babies/children, nothing is missing! and Thank you !

The apartment was clean, cozy and everything available

What a cozy place! The beds are super comfortable, there's a homey vibe to the entire apartment and the complex is new and super modern. Relaxing on the terrace was probably my favorite, but it's also worth mentioning how relaxing the entire area is. Great place to get away from the daily chaos and just recharge your batteries, I look forward to coming back. Thanks again Alex!

A beautiful apartment with stunning views of the ocean. It was very clean, a comfortable bed, peaceful and well equipped for home cooking. Nearest Spa shop is only half a mile away. There are regular buses just outside the apartment and it's also perfect for cycling. Easy to access through the indoor parking especially as the weather was bad on our arrival. Lovely flat walks along the the coastline where we saw flamingos & other sealife. An ideal spot for surfers. We were unfortunate with the weather but the apartment was so lovely that we enjoyed being inside looking at the ocean. Mercedes responded quickly to any quieres and her son was also very helpful. La Manga is an 18km strip of land in the middle of the ocean so it was handy to have the car to explore further afield. Cartagena is a lovely old city and port, worth a visit. There are also pretty coves nearby ideal for swimming. Overall it was a wonderful experience with lasting memories of the beautiful ocean.

Los Urrutias, and specifically the apartment, is a perfect place for tranquility and to have time to breathe and relax. The apartment is very nice, with a dining room and kitchen in the large and spacious dining room, a bedroom with a very comfortable and spacious double bed... the terrace is one of the best spaces, with a barbecue and ocean views. I don't know how it will be in summer, but during Holy Week it's a perfect place to relax. Cartagena is 15 minutes away.

Everything is perfect, the terrace area with the barbecue, the hammocks and umbrellas, the house is always fresh with the air conditioners and fully equipped, 2 minutes from the beach, very quiet area, recommended 100%

Absolutely wonderful stay! The villa was spotless — everything looked and felt brand-new, from the furnishings to the finishes. The warm pool was a real treat, perfect for relaxing both during the day and in the evening. It’s clear the hosts take great care in maintaining the property. The surrounding town/village was charming and peaceful, with friendly locals and beautiful scenery. We especially loved our morning and evening walks — so refreshing and a great way to start and end the day. The whole experience was relaxing, comfortable, and exceeded our expectations. Highly recommended!

We absolutely loved our stay at Sany’s place. The hosts were brilliant at responding to any queries we had and very helpful to our needs. We were travelling with two young kids, the enclosed court yard was beautiful to sit out in the sun and the kids could safely play under the shade of the lovely fig tree. The pool area is gorgeous and everyone was very friendly. It is tastefully decorated and we felt right at home with all our usual amenities. The place is located right beside the coastal walk and we would stroll 5 mins down to the beach for a coffee in the morning. It is also only a few minutes walk to the main strip where there is a wide variety of restaurants and bars. Thank you Sany and Pedro for a lovely stay.

we stayed at Daniel's place last week for 2 days and we want to go back already. The house is super spacious, clean and the sunsets are amazing. Alina was super friendly and communication a plus no complaints. thank you we will be back 😊

Our stay was wonderful, like and last year! Adela is very active. This is our second time here and we will definitely be back again! Very nice, quiet and beautiful place, with a nice garden and pool. The house is big and has everything we need. We always have our dog with us and she had the best vacation ever! Highly recommend!

Was allowed to check in early which was great as landed early. Villa was amazing…. Having 3 bathrooms was a god send as everyone could shower at their leisure Golf course was stunning and restaurant done lovely food - 16 min walk from villa Getting to nearest village / bars etc is short taxi ride Pavo was extremely helpful and always quick to respond Will defo rent again !!!!!

The apartment is simply beautiful – modern, stylishly furnished and equipped with great extras that make the stay particularly pleasant. Andrey, the host, was super friendly, always responded quickly and even gave us helpful tips. Although we arrived later than planned, the check-in worked smoothly. Everything went smooth and very warm. Surroundings full of restaurants and many beaches, even a 24/7 shop. We felt completely comfortable and would be happy to come back. Wow 🌟wow💥 wow🌟 what can we say! As our first Airbnb we didn't know what to expect 🤔.This was an exploration weekend break for us so actually was a kind of "wing it" weekend! From the moment we booked it we had great communication from D&B with clear guidance about checking in.Of course we didn't have a clue😁 so we were very welcome with the add on of collection from the airport✈️. Denise worked so hard to turn around the apartment ready for our arrival&WOW is the only word I can say because as soon as you walk in this has the wow factor!The apartment was perfect,cleanliness was outstanding, amenities available for our use saved us so much for what we would normally pack for,really comfortable bed 🛏️with an amazing fan, spacious &THE VIEW🌅🌄!I can honestly say was breathtaking both day&night.Please take time to spend some time at night to simply take in the beauty the view provides.Their time, company&experience has been so valuable to our little trip&cant wait to come back.💕C&M

The apartment is large and bright, very clean and tastefully decorated. Comfy bed and kitted out with everything you would need for your stay. The view is amazing, you could never tire from sitting on the balcony day or evening. There is a walk way in front of the apartment but it is never noisy, infact in the daytime, you hardly see anyone. The jetty is a great spot to sit and read or swim in the lagoon. The town has some restaurants and a few bars, if your driving there are other resorts close by. I would definitely return and recommend to friends and family. Communication with Dave and Bryan was also good.

Amazing few days away with my business partner for a well deserved break away from the craziness of business. Sergio was super, an amazing place to stay with everything you need in the complex itself. The pool bar gym & pools are amazing to have, very private. The roof top solarium is a treat with amazing sea views. Will definitely be back, we had a issue with our rental car and Sergio was quick to respond when we needed recommendations for a local mechanic Thanks again Sergio

The apartment is just as seen in the photos and even better: the appearance is “brand new” freshly painted, impeccable floors and furniture and with all the accessories you may need: capsule coffee maker, toaster, alarms and totally opaque and electric blinds. From all the rooms you can see the sea and the light that comes in is extraordinary. The beach is 5 minutes away and a large supermarket 1 minute away. In addition, David is a superhost, always attentive and one of those who show it in adversity. We had a one-time cleaning problem on the first day and David solved it immediately, with empathy and amazing flexibility. I recommend this apartment 100%
