Raúl is a fantastic host, even before we had arrived he asked us if we needed anything fetching from the shops as we had a late arrival. He was super helpful and friendly and responsive to any questions we had. The house is lovely, spacious and within walking distance to all amenities and the beach! The hot tub is an added bonus and value for money at €60 per week. It was a stressful time for as we had just made the permanent move to Spain but we couldn’t have been made to feel more welcome! We rented Mercedes' apartment for a week and overall the experience was very good. The apartment was in perfect condition, with beautiful views and everything was very clean. Every time we needed a utensil or appliance, we found it without a problem. We were pleasantly surprised that mosquitoes did not enter even with the windows open at night, even so, we had mosquito plugs and sprays, which is appreciated. However, there were a couple of details that we would have liked to know in advance: we were not told that the pool would be under construction all week. It was a pity, as it was a service (included in the total) that we valued a lot when choosing accommodation and that, in the end, we could not enjoy. In addition, the ceiling fan did not work properly with the remote control: the light could be turned on, but we could not get it to blow air. Despite these aspects, it is a very good apartment for a quiet and comfortable vacation.

Had a fantastic stay at this apartment. We have stayed at Sea Senses in various apartments and this one with the roof terrace was by far the best. The jacuzzi was a real bonus with great views of the complex and coast. We will definitely book again.

A lovely apartment and location. The apartment is stunning, and really a great and flexible space to enjoy yourself whatever the weather. It had everything we needed and having cooked most nights a good selection of pans and utensils to get things ready. On the sunny days we really enjoyed the pool (it was a bit cold for me - our boys loved it) and we relaxed upstairs on the solarium. The lake was having some renovation work during our stay, so we did not use it, it still looked beautiful. We made the most of exploring the local area, Los Alcazares, is a 5 minute drive away, with beaches and a great promenade for walks. It also has all you need in terms of supermarkets, shops and eateries. The resort is well located, close to key arterial roads. We took trips to Cartagena and Murcia. Murcia is a lovely city with a great mix of history as well as modern retail. Thank you for a lovely place for our first family holiday. We loved it.

Absolutely loved our stay here. The place was amazing — even better than the photos — and the views at sunset were truly unforgettable. The house was spotless, everything smelled great, and it was super well-equipped with everything we could possibly need. You can tell a lot of care goes into keeping it welcoming and comfortable. The hosts were also lovely: really responsive, friendly, and made everything super easy. Highly recommend this place — would definitely come back!

This is the loveliest apartment I have ever stayed in, the outside area is beautiful and the views are out of this world. Laura was a fantastic host, very quick to respond and very helpful. The apartment itself is beautifully appointed, very well equipped and the linen was spotless. Every detail had been considered and we felt very much at home. We didn’t want to leave! I would recommend hiring a car to enhance your stay, plenty of parking space available.

Everything is perfect, the terrace area with the barbecue, the hammocks and umbrellas, the house is always fresh with the air conditioners and fully equipped, 2 minutes from the beach, very quiet area, recommended 100%

This was a beautiful apartment. So central, it’s practically on the beach. There are loads of nice restaurants, ice cream shops and bakeries within a very short walking distance. In addition to multiple playgrounds nearby for the kids. The shared pool is perfect with sun chairs and umbrellas. It has a large shallow area which is great for kids. The apartment is exactly as described and in the pictures. The top sun roof has a lovely view and plenty of seating. The kitchen is spacious with all the equipment you could want. There was a beach umbrella in the apartment which was a nice touch for when we were going to the beach. The tv had plenty of channels and the bedrooms had very large wardrobes for storage. We would return in a heartbeat.

Lovely clean apartment in a great location and suited us perfectly. We chose this ground floor location due to mobility issues and it was perfect, easily accessed with just a small step at the entrance to the complex. Everything was spot on and exactly as the description, WiFi and TV were good quality and beds were very comfortable. Dave is a top host and communicated quickly to every message. Highly recommended

This was a really fun, exciting place to stay. What a vibrant, happy location! Such a beautiful, newly decorated apartment. Cristina has made it perfect. I would happily come back here again and again. Fantastic bars downstairs on the street. Lovely safe area. A few minutes walk in every direction to some amazing Roman sites to visit. It is noisy at night due to the street noise below, so earplugs will be useful. If you are staying on your own like I was, you can move to the other bedroom which has a single bed. That is very quiet. The beautiful balcony is fabulous to watch the world go by. I really loved this place.

The apartment is just as seen in the photos and even better: the appearance is “brand new” freshly painted, impeccable floors and furniture and with all the accessories you may need: capsule coffee maker, toaster, alarms and totally opaque and electric blinds. From all the rooms you can see the sea and the light that comes in is extraordinary. The beach is 5 minutes away and a large supermarket 1 minute away. In addition, David is a superhost, always attentive and one of those who show it in adversity. We had a one-time cleaning problem on the first day and David solved it immediately, with empathy and amazing flexibility. I recommend this apartment 100%
