On the mezzanine floor there are two large living rooms, a study and a bathroom. On the first floor you will find a large kitchen, a dining room, a sitting room and a single bedroom with its own bathroom. The top floor is the sleeping area, a master bedroom suite with walk-in closet and private bathroom, two double bedrooms each with a private bathroom, a sitting area with a sofa that converts to a single bed and another walk-in closet. Guests will have access to the garden of the villa through a private driveway. You can park more cars in the part pertaining to the residence. We will take care to welcome you and show you the house on your arrival. Whatever your requirements or if you need informations we will be easily available to you. The villa is ideally located in Crocetta, a prestigious residential neighborhood. It accommodates any type of services and shops. The famous Crocetta market has long been a fixed destination for Turin residents because of the quality of goods sold. A few meters from the entrance to the house is the 64 bus stop that in 10 minutes will take you in the center of Turin.

Easily accessible: Turin Outlet Village, ToDream Urban District, Turin-Milan highway, Civic Hospital and Pescarito industrial area. Supermarkets, shops, pharmacies, tobaccos, and bars are within walking distance.

We are a short walk from the Reggia di Venaria. The apartment is composed as follows: living room with TV, double sofa bed, kitchen, amenities and bedroom with walk-in closet. It is full of every comfort: 2 TVs, fast Wi-Fi network, dishwasher, washing machine, underfloor heating and air conditioning. Being in the heart of downtown, we are in the ZTL area. Our home, nestled among the trees, rests in peaceful seclusion a couple of kilometers from the nearest village. We are Riccardo, Cristina, Lorenzo, Bianca and Alice. We chose to come here, into the woods, to begin living a simple yet fulfilling life, learning from nature. We offer you an attic loft carefully renovated by Riccardo, with a double bed and a sofa bed (both beneath skylights), a kitchenette, a bathroom, and a wide view over the valley.

The apartment is located on the ground floor of a recently renovated building with a beautiful internal courtyard, easily accessible from the main train stations by bus and taxi. There are all kinds of services in the neighborhood, from the supermarket (in front of the loft) to numerous restaurants and clubs. In addition, you can easily walk to the Cinema Museum, inside the Mole Antonelliana.
