Very beautiful detached stone house on our estate composed of three houses in a green setting of 4000 m2, located in the heart of an orchard and on the edge of a pond, open to fishing. Located in a small peaceful hamlet, not far from the town of Manzat, this small 45 m² cocoon is ideal for relaxing and reconnecting with our beautiful nature. You will enjoy the calm and the countryside, while being 5 minutes from all amenities: bakery, pharmacy, butcher, cheese shop, bar, tobacco shop, restaurant. The accommodation can accommodate up to 5 people, but it is still a small house with limited space. It is ideal for 3 people to stay there.

You will be staying at the "Clos des Murets", a former independent bread oven completely renovated in 2020, part of a 2500 m2 property. It includes a main room serving as a living room equipped with a sofa bed (140 cm bed) and a second bedroom (160 cm bed), a travertine bathroom equipped with a walk-in shower and a toilet. A spiral staircase will take you to the large bedroom with exposed stone. Breakfasts can be taken on the terrace.
