La zona è molto tranquilla e silenziosa, vicinissima ad una pista pedonale e ciclabile in riva al fiume Po.

My house is located in the ancient historic center, in a 17th-century building. It is a 3-room apartment, finished renovating in 2018, located on the first floor, consisting of a living room with TV and double sofa bed, a brand new and spacious kitchen, a large bedroom with a double bed, a large single bed, a wardrobe and a desk, a bathroom with shower and washing machine. Accommodates up to 5 people. It is on the second floor without an elevator.

The "Next to the garden" apartment is on the ground floor with entrance, living room (sofa bed), dining area, kitchen space and, in the basement, with bedroom/study (working fireplace) and bathroom/laundry.
