Ideally located in the charming village of Montmaur, 20 minutes from the Dévoluy resorts and 5 minutes from Veynes, its amenities and its body of water. Whether you're athletic or lazy, you'll find what you're looking for! Access to the studio by a few stone steps, not accessible for people with reduced mobility.

Nice studio in the countryside

The 30 m2 studio is located under the vaults of the old bread oven of our house. The living room consists of a small kitchen equipped with the essentials, as well as a sleeping area with a double bed; at the bottom of the vaults hides a small independent bathroom. Isolated in the countryside at the foot of the mountains, the private terrace will offer you a beautiful view of the Durance Valley. Ideal for relaxing, you can also enjoy on-site walking trails and the climbing site.

Quiet apartment, close to city center, covered parking

Keep it simple at this peaceful place in the heart of Veynes on the mountainside. As soon as you leave the apartment you can go for a walk to our small Champérus, Oule peaks... on foot or by bike towards the lake, the municipal swimming pool, the shops. Many outdoor activities await you, skiing, downhill mountain biking in the surrounding resorts, paragliding, tree climbing, horseback riding or even a little pedal boat ride. SNCF train station 10 minutes away... Enjoy your stay :)

Halfway between Gap and Tallard, come and discover this small chalet in absolute calm. The window overlooks a field with a forest. An equipped kitchenette, with the necessary items included for breakfast (eggs from our chickens), will allow you to prepare meals to enjoy on your porch or on our beautiful terrace a little further away offering magnificent views of the entire valley. Hiking trails pass 150 meters away. Special welcome for bikers and board games!

Charming refurbished studio with beautiful modern amenities. Located in downtown Gap, close to all amenities: bars, restaurants, shops and entertainment. A secure and private underground parking space is available. A fully equipped and functional kitchen. (oven, stove, range hood, microwave, refrigerator). Tassimo coffee maker. The bedding is new (mattress and bed base) in 190 x 140 cm. Bed linen, towels, shampoos and shower gel are provided during the stay.

Gîte at the foot of Dévoluy

In a quiet subdivision, you will be welcomed in a 40 m2 cottage with a warm wooden interior with a small garden. You will find a renovated dining area, a living room with sofa bed and a mezzanine with 1 single bed and 1 double bed. A stove will warm you up after your day in the great outdoors. The cottage is independent but we can tell you about activities and places to discover. Ski resort, water park and lake 15 minutes away. Amenities 5 minutes away.

Refurbished two-bedroom apartment with lake view + Secure parking

Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space. The apartment is a fully renovated 2-room that I am renting again this year because we are living in our house. It is located in a very quiet residence. Redone with taste, I hope it will make you have a great stay in the Hautes Alpes region. You will have salt, coffee, oil, sheets, towels, sugar and everything you need for your stay. It has a small terrace overlooking a small lake and Ceuze Mountain.

Charming independent studio with grassy terrace, equipped for 2 people (sheets and towels provided) and located at 1040 m altitude in the village of Piégut (15 minutes from Tallard). The old house, restored in an ecological and authentic spirit, enjoys a pleasant environment and beautiful views of the mountains. Your entry is completely autonomous but, living on site, we will be happy to advise you on activities to do in the area if you wish.

New and spacious home. View of the mountains from the wooden terrace. The apartment located on the ground floor of our house has completely independent access. Not overlooked, free parking. Shops 400 m away, city center 5 minutes away. Note: The access staircase is irregular and has 30 steps including 10 narrow steps. Not suitable for people with limited mobility. We provide bed sheets but please remember to bring your towels.

Apartment - "Le Cabanon"

At the foot of the Ceüze cliff, surrounded by nature with exceptional views, we offer our 44 m2 2-room apartment, refurbished in an old stone house adjoining our residence. Access is via a 300 m forest road. You can unload your luggage near the apartment by parking in front of the house. Please note that the road is not cleared of snow and access in the event of a snowfall is on foot. The slope is steep at times (nearly 25%).

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. It is minimalist (20 m²) but very cozy and functional. It is ideal for a couple or family with a child. Ideally located, you will be a two-minute walk from all the shops in the village (grocery store, butcher shop, bakeries, pharmacy, doctor's office, pizza trucks, restaurant, etc.). Bed linen, towels, Wi-Fi and cleaning are included in the price.
