Casa de lujo dentro de cuidadela privada. Dispone de 3 amplios dormitorios, cada uno con su propio baño privado con ducha, además de un baño completo en exteriores y un social. Contamos con piscina y zona BBQ privada, también se dispone de piscina comunal en el conjunto. A solo 7 min de Playa Murciélago, Mall del Pacífico y Playa San Mateo, y a 1 min de La Quadra y sus tiendas exclusivas. Ideal para familias o grupos que buscan comodidad, privacidad y cercanía a lo mejor de la ciudad. 🏖️🏡

It has 3 bedrooms, each with a private bathroom, 3 double beds, a living room, a dining room, an equipped kitchen, and a washing machine.
