We enjoyed a wonderful vacation at this property with my family. The house is very cozy, nice and equipped with all the necessary amenities to enjoy a few days of rest on the beach. The area is very safe and has access to common areas and the beach. The host was excellent, immediately resolving any need we had. I recommend this property 100% to future guests.

Tatiana is an excellent host, the house is very conveniently located and has all the amenities, we felt at ease, since the residential development is very safe. Additionally, the Caña Dulce restaurant that he recommended to us, the food, service and prices, was excellent.

It is a very nice, quiet development, everything is clean and in excellent condition, although I didn't use anything, but the kitchen is fully equipped with utensils and everything.

The place is beautiful and has everything you need for a pleasant stay, a swimming pool, a private beach, a beautiful setting and the place is very comfortable. We were with our dog and she also enjoyed the beach. Everything in the house was as described in the listing.

LOVED my stay here. After a few weeks of travelling Ecuador this was the perfect place to stop and relax. It was such a cute place, great beach vibes and decor. Well equipped with everything I needed. Super close to the beach and a great beach restaurant. Gorgeous views from the bedroom, and the benefit of breezing days with windows open and then having aircon in the evening if it was too warm. Will absolutely stay again one day when I’m back in Ecuador

The house is super nice and modern, with large rooms and a spectacular ocean view. The only uncomfortable thing was the road to get there, since it is not paved and the GPS took us on a pretty bad route. Of course, that's not the owners' fault, but it's worth keeping in mind. We had some problems at first, but Andrea helped us solve them quickly and we came to a good agreement. Very good attention from you. Victor, who gave us the keys, was also an excellent person, always willing to help us. As a suggestion, I would recommend that you include more bedspreads or extra blankets, because it's cold with the air conditioning. Or at least, specify if they are not included, so that one can bring them. Other than that, everything was perfect. The house is beautiful and the pool is ideal for having a good time and having a good barbecue. 100% recommended!

The place is perfect to disconnect and live the moment with the people who are with you. It has access to the beach and the pool, everything is very quiet. Marcelo also has a very well-stocked fridge in case you need to hydrate yourself hehe, everything was great, we would definitely come back, thank you so much for everything.
