Situated on a hill the cottage provides breathtaking views of the Wye Valley, Hay-on-Wye and the Black Mountains. The cottage has a large enclosed garden, which is perfect for all the family to enjoy. Whether it be playing or just sitting around a fire and enjoying the incredible sunsets. The cottage is spaciously open plan, ideal for spending quality time together.

Amazing location and a beautiful barn conversion

The barn has brilliant views and has been beautifully furnished. It has a fully fitted kitchen with adequate seating area and access to a deck with extensive views. The living area has 2 very comfortable settees. One thing to note is that our TV does not have an aerial but we have wifi which means you can watch tv on catch up or live.
