We are a dog friendly property. We are minutes from the Pine River, ORV trails, Tippy Dam, and Manistee National Forest. Due to unprecedented rain/flooding in the area this spring, the dock is unusable for the foreseeable future. *There is a small a/c unit in the living room. Portable fans are available as well.*

Guests have exclusive access to enjoy the house, large backyard w/firepit and grill, and games in partial basement. *Note: The entire house has a separate one-bedroom apartment upstairs with a separate entrance & deck available for booking. The Main floor of this home with it's own Private Entrance, one Kingsize bed, one bathroom and a large kitchen. It is on a nice grassy lot with a long driveway. Easy walking distance to anything downtown, restaurants, shopping, etc. Both beaches are walkable, as well, but you might want to take the short drive if you are hauling coolers and beach toys. On the North Side of Town. FYI - There is an upper level with 2 beds/1 bath available in your rental for additional fee.
