House vacation rentals in Manistee

Becky’s house is exactly as presented. Her house was perfect for our group of 14. If you enjoy golf this is the place to stay. Everything was wonderful and our stay here was enjoyable! We hope to return for an another stay in the future.

My family and I had a great experience at Connie's lake house. It felt like we were at a resort. We did have some issue at first with the hot tub heating as mentioned by others (possibly user error), but after contacting Connie she responded right away and reset the thermostat. The back deck was beautiful and the layout of the house with numerous bay windows offered perfect views of the lake and sunset. The neighborhood is also great to walk around with very friendly people and there was even a very small petting zoo owned and maintained by one of the neighbors which was fun for the kids. Overall I would highly recommend!

Very serene and peaceful. The wrap-around porch pairs beautifully with the heavily wooded and hill-ridden geography. Just down the road is a gorgeous lake and though we did not have the chance to utilize the public lake access, the view at the guardrail on the bend of the road is within walking distance and is a great spot to pull off and enjoy the scenery. Less than 10 minutes away is a great pizza place and a small town bar and grill. There are also a few parks nearby. Highly suggest for a small group looking to escape the bustle, or a group looking for a golf retreat.

We have stayed at many rentals and this was by far one of the better ones. Friendly and responsive host, very clean, well equipped kitchen. This was a family ski weekend rental and it held all 10 of us perfectly. Was easy walk back and forth from skiing. Cozy fireplace. Would definitely rent again. It is a true gem!

Such a beautiful home! The indoor pool was a hit with our kids because of some chilly weather. We enjoyed our stay.

Loved our stay here, peaceful & relaxing. Beautiful little patio to grill & enjoy the hot tub. We visited a local donut shop & Amish farm while staying here and got some delicious sweet treats, plus plenty of state parks & lakes near the area to see! Overall would highly recommend the host/location, thank you for having us!

Cute place with a great layout! I really appreciated the TVs in each bedroom—perfect for relaxing in your own space at the end of the day. Plenty of room to park two trucks in the driveway, which was super convenient. Overall, a comfortable and well-thought-out stay! The gear drying tree is a nice touch, especially after a day on the ski hill which is enough for me to want to return this winter!

Super convenient location walkable to lake Michigan and downtown Manistee. It was great having all the beds for a big group and we enjoyed the back patio and smokeless fire pit

What a wonderful place. This house is just lovely all the way. Eric and Pamela have modernized this historic home beautifully. Unlike many airbnb's where the restoration is done with "just ok" materials, everything here is remodeled with top quality floors, cabinets etc. It makes a difference. There were two kind of coffee makers (one was a N'Espresso, with pods provided) and all appliances we needed. The beds and their mattresses are of excellent quality and everything was super clean. Location is excellent, literally 1 1/2 blocks from the river walk, which leads to the beach, and around the corner from great restaurants, bakery, coffee shops and stores. Our experience with Eric was excellent, he responded immediately. Also, a generous check in and check out time. One of the top Airbnb's I have stayed in. Highly recommend.

Chad was very welcoming and responsive and provided clear instructions. It’s a quick walk to downtown, which is super convenient. The place is very homey and clean and has a great aesthetic of a west Michigan lakeside home. I would love to rent there again!

We loved exploring nearby towns, discovering an organic winery, and relaxing at local breweries that offer stunning views of Lake Michigan. Sean was an exceptional host—welcoming, responsive, and genuinely hospitable. We’re already looking forward to coming back in another season. If you’re considering this stay, don’t hesitate—book it! Great stay just a short walk from the charming downtown - would stay again

The place is beautiful! It is easy to find and easy to enter/exit. Patrick was very responsive. The place has a good location and was only 3 minutes from our family gathering so it worked out great. We will definitely be back!

Karen’s place was great. She was such a responsive and kind host, and even gave us recommendations of things to check out in the area. The home was lovely and very comfortable. Would definitely recommend this place to others looking for a place to stay in the area!

This is such a gorgeous and charming place to stay! Clean, peaceful, and exactly as described! Me and my bf chose this location so we could enjoy the views and nature and enjoy some smores by the fireplace! My dog Chip was the happiest dog in the world staying here, he loved the trails nearby and the house! Id love to come back.
