I had a great stay at Michael’s place in BGC, Taguig! The location is incredibly convenient—everything you need is just a short walk away, from restaurants and cafes to malls and grocery stores. It made getting around so easy and stress-free. The unit itself was clean, well-maintained, and exactly as described. Michael was also very responsive and accommodating throughout the stay. I highly recommend this place if you’re looking for a comfortable and hassle-free stay in the heart of BGC!

We had a great stay! The place was lovely, clean, and in a fantastic location—just minutes away from MOA. We especially loved the view, and the owners were very responsive and easy to communicate with. While the hot water wasn’t working perfectly, it didn’t take away from how much we enjoyed our time here. We’ll definitely book this place again when we come back to Manila!

Perfect location within BGC, walkable to many restaurants, High Street, SM Aura, and surrounding attractions and stores. Appreciate the always open 7-11 off the front entrance and surrounding restaurants that are a stone's throw from the condo.

Balay Sa Air truly exceeded all my expectations during my week-long stay. The location is incredibly convenient, yet it's a peaceful, beautifully themed retreat. The fast Wi-Fi, full kitchen, washing machine, and iron made my extended stay effortless. I especially appreciated that everything had clear guides on how to use it, and the projector with Netflix and balcony hammock were fantastic touches. Ma'am Dione was always there to answer queries promptly, and when I accidentally broke something, maintenance fixed it quickly – impressive service recovery! This really showed their commitment to guest satisfaction. It genuinely felt like a cozy, thoughtful home. For business travelers or anyone wanting a fully equipped, modern, and stylish base in Manila for an extended period, this is absolutely the best choice. I will definitely be going back! Veronica's place is perfect – Highly Recommend! We all had an amazing experience - relaxing, clean, comfortable beds and complete with amenities. The host was incredibly welcoming and responsive. Tatay Abet also welcomes us warmly and always their when needed. We appreciate that the host even provided us with welcome gifts. There are coffe and complete toiletries where you will that you are home away from home. The location is also perfect. We will definitely go back! :)

The location is 8mins away from SM Aura and all other major spots in BGC. It was tucked in a gated community in a quiet neighborhood. The house is quite new and everything in it. Love the kitchen utensils and cutleries, the cute accessories and decoration at the toilet, the modern lamps are tasteful and the TV is huge. I also love the mechanisms on the sliding doors, it slides smooth. All in all its one of the best place we’ve stayed in Manila, so i highly recommend it.

The host was very accommodating, always replying fast and nicely to us :> Instructions from check in to check out were given properly in advance. The place was better than expected! It's nice that it's near the playground and convenient store. It's fairly clean and spacious. Both ACs make the whole unit cold. The sala, kitchen, and bedrooms were clean (complete with pillows, blankets and towels) (only lacked condiments but it's not that big of a deal). The bathroom was clean but needed some air freshener. Overall, my family and I had a great stay. Big thanks to the host!

Kamlon was the answer to our prayer at that time of need. We had issue on our previous place of stay that we need to book another place. Kamlon responded quickly and offered to pick us and drop off to his unit. My husband has a challenge of walking due to recent hip surgery, Kamlon made it smoothly possible with our transport. He even let us checked out late as our flight is almost at midnight. WiFi is very strong, the place is just walking distance from uptown mall and close range for almost everything. Thank you very much for being such a kindhearted person! We will definitely use your place in our next visit to the Philippines-My husband said, “Salamat Po!”

We had a great stay! The room is really nice and clean, not overly decorated, our agenda there is near the building which is good, the host is also very responsive. Overall it is 8.5/10 experience!

I’m giving Anthony 5 stars because his hospitality was the best I’ve ever received out of any airbnb in the last 10+ years. He would respond immediately to questions at 3am even, which made me feel bad. However, some minor criticisms of the building are that two of the elevators were down for most of my stay so it took forever to go up and down to the 54th floor. Also, the pest control spraying every two weeks is a little annoying for longer stays, but it is worth it because I didn’t see a single pest for my entire one month stay.

The unit was very clean and perfect for our short vacation in BGC. The host recommended restaurants that we tried and enjoyed. The unit was fully equipped with essentials and a decent wifi connection. I like that Netflix was also available. The building also felt safe with good security. I totally recommend this listing. Apple was very accommodating and responsive. Check in/out was smooth and easy.

We were going to stay at the Grand Hyatt, but we saved $500 and got a truly pleasant, decorated stay with a helpful host.

Stayed at Abner’s place for about 3 weeks and it’s one of our most amazing stays. The place looks great and is squeaky clean. Abner is such a friendly and responsive host. We will definitely stay here again!

We stayed in Makati for 3 nights as part of our Philippines trip. We are glad we chose Mary’s place, it’s in Metro Manila rather than the centre which was perfect for us, great restaurants and malls all close distance and the pool was great to have at the accommodation, thanks for a great stay!
