We welcome you to our place on earth, and literally it's a little under... where you can rest comfortably, sleep at night and during the day as long as you feel like it. We offer a comfortable apartment, a unique interior, a relaxing bath, a comfortable split bed, a cup of coffee... It's cozy warm in the winter and cool in the summer. The window in the apartment is technical, does not provide access to sunlight, so we do not recommend our apartment for longer stays and for people with claustrophobia. Fresh air is provided by the air control unit. The apartment is located in the very center of Poznań, on level -1 (underground) in a revitalized tenement house in the vicinity of the Old Market Square, the Warta River and the largest shopping centers of Poznań. There is a paid, guarded parking lot nearby, and parking is available under the building (in the "centrum" paid zone). For those who come by car but do not plan to use it to get around the city, we offer the option of renting a space in our garage (it is located about 800 m from the apartment and is subject to an additional fee of PLN 70/24h). Włókna Inn is a modern, heated/air-conditioned, fully equipped cottage surrounded by forests and lakes. There is also a large 1000 sqm garden. On the large 70 sqm terrace there is furniture for relaxation, a tub, a barbecue, and an umbrella. The cottage is located about 160 m from Włókno Lake, and the beaches are about 700 m away. Kayak available. We follow the ALL INCLUDED principle, i.e. you pay once for everything. There are no additional fees for pets, firewood, utilities, parking, cleaning, etc.

It is located on the first floor. The building was completed in 2017. All furniture and accessories are new since they were purchased specially for the quests. Apartment size is 31 square meters. The balcony is about 5 square meters. Within the 8-minute walk there is a Poznan tram stop.
