Tout est réunis pour passer un excellent séjour en famille ou entre amis: -La villa est très spacieuse, confortable, propre et bien équipée. -Le jardin est magnifique et très bien entretenu. -La Piscine privée, le jacuzzi, la vue panoramique sur la campagne montagneuse et le château médiéval de Squillace offrent un cadre douillet et relaxant. -La cote et les plages aux alentours sont très belles, les restaurants typiques. Et Martina et Thomas, par leurs conseils et leur bienveillance, porteront une attention particulière pour que ce moment reste spécial pour vous.

The property is an agriturismo on a high quality olive farm. We really enjoyed the tour that Anita gave us and we learned a lot about the production of good olive oil. The house is a simple, nicely done property with a lovely pool. The nearby Ionia coast is lovely. We were doing a long cycle trip - it’s preferable to have a car for this location as you’ll need to shop and there’s nothing nearby.

This was an exceptional stay in Calabria for me and my family. The villa is exactly as it seems. It is likely the nicest AirBNB that one will ever find in Calabria. The staff is exceptionally helpful. Rino & Caterina were available 24/7 to help us, we had daily cleaning service, and Gianni was our driver at a moment's notice anywhere we wanted to go, from Soverato to Tropea. We had a birthday party for 50 of our extended cousins and it worked out perfectly. The extra costs we paid (use of the van, daily cleaning, driving, and pool heating) were extremely fair and reasonable. Biggest tips -- have the pool heated even in June, and have the ladies come for daily cleaning - truly made it feel like a 5 star resort. Davide deserves tremendous credit for building such a special place in such a beautiful place in Calabria.

Skvostné ubytování a úžasný hostitel! Měl jsem tu čest strávit několik dní v apartmánu u Lothara a musím říct, že to bylo jedno z nejlepších ubytování, jaké jsem kdy zažil. Od chvíle, kdy jsem dorazil, mě Lothar přivítal s úsměvem a vřelostí, která okamžitě udělala z pobytu nezapomenutelný zážitek. Apartmán je naprosto nádherný – moderní, čistý a velmi útulný. Každý detail je pečlivě promyšlený a proměňuje pobyt v opravdový komfort. Kuchyně je plně vybavená, což mi umožnilo snadno si připravovat vlastní jídlo, a pohodlná postel mi zaručila kvalitní spánek. Navíc, příjemný balkon s krásným výhledem na okolí byl skvělým místem pro relaxaci. Co opravdu vyniká, je Lotharova pohostinnost. Jeho ochota pomoci, místní doporučení a celková péče o hosty jsou na vysoké úrovni. Cítil jsem se jako doma a Lothar mi poskytl cenné tipy na zajímavá místa a restaurace v okolí. Je evidentní, že mu záleží na tom, aby jeho hosté měli nezapomenutelný pobyt. Celkově bych toto ubytování doporučil každému.

Our host Emanuele gave us a lovely, friendly welcome. In fact his other family members (who live in the adjacent property) were also very welcoming. The house was very comfortable with lovely sea views and a cooling breeze. The air conditioning in the bedrooms also worked really well. (It was very hot when we visited in early August). Any minor points we drew to Emanuele's attention were quickly dealt with. Nothing seemed to be too much trouble. He was able to give us great recommendations for beaches and nice restaurants to visit. We especially enjoyed the lovely terrace with pool. Great to have three bathrooms plus an outdoor shower by the pool. We were made to feel very at home and at ease. Many thanks to the lovely Stranges family for their warm welcome on our first visit to Calabria. (Definitely not our last!). We will especially miss their wee dog Lucky... ;-)

Mi estadía en el bungalow fue simplemente maravillosa. El lugar es muy moderno, cómodo y estaba impecable. Todo el entorno es un verdadero jardín hay flores, césped bien cuidado, animales y una conexión con la naturaleza que invita al descanso. Las vistas son preciosas, especialmente el atardecer que se puede apreciar en total tranquilidad desde la piscina por ejemplo la cuál está en un lugar cerrado entonces se puede disfrutar en cualquier momento del día. La ubicación es excelente, muy cerca del aeropuerto a solo 10 minutos y llegar es fácil porque está bien señalizado. Además el anfitrión fue muy amable y atento en todo momento, lo que hizo la experiencia aún mejor. Ideal para quienes buscan un lugar tranquilo, rodeado de verde y con todas las comodidades. ¡Lo súper recomiendo!

Very large and beautiful home. Make sure you understand that electricity and linens are an extra charge. However, do not let that discourage you from booking. Electrical fee was about 20 Euro/day. Rossana and Letizia were very accommodating to help us get settled.

Wir hatten eine sehr schöne Zeit. Die Unterkunft von Alex und Julia hat unsere Erwartungen übertroffen! Sehr sauber und komfortabel eingerichtet. Es fehlte an Nichts. Oben auf der Dachterasse hatten wir ein tolle Aussicht aufs Meer und in die Berge. Wir können die Unterkunft mit der tollen Lage bestens weiterempfehlen und kommen gerne wieder!

Paola was an unreal host! Checked us in early since we arrived there 5 hours before check in time! She was always responsive when asked questions, and was really kind! Really recommend for anyone to book! Will always book here when visiting Soverato!

Cette maison est la plus équipée de tous les Airbnb que j’ai visités depuis des années. Il y a TOUT, comme dans une maison habitée. Andrea et Luigi sont disponibles et réactifs aux messages. La maison est atypique, en hauteur, typique du quartier. Nous avons vraiment beaucoup apprécié notre séjour.

The stay at Davide's place was excellent. It is an old and interesting house in the beautiful village of Pizzo, where the people are very social and kind. The kitchen had everything I needed and the bed was very comfortable. Davide was completely responsive and very helpful. Thank you for the great time!

Casetta veramente incantevole. Una vera casa in montagna. Siamo stati persino fortunati che ha nevicato e la casetta è diventata ancora più suggestiva. Gianluca è stato molto gentile e ospitale e ci ha fornito ogni tipo di comfort e indicazione per poterci godere il weekend. Pulita, attrezzata bene, non mancava niente. È stato veramente un bellissimo soggiorno. Lo consiglio e spero di tornarci presto!

L’accoglienza di Francesca e della sua famiglia ci ha fatti sentire come a casa, hanno pensato a dare il benvenuto perfino ai nostri cagnolini! L’alloggio é curato in ogni dettaglio e si trova in una zona molto tranquilla a due passi dal mare. Consigliatissimo!

La nostra settimana nella casa vacanza di Pasquale è stata semplicemente indimenticabile. Io e la mia ragazza abbiamo trovato un vero e proprio angolo di paradiso, dove ogni dettaglio è stato curato con amore e attenzione. L’alloggio era impeccabile: pulitissimo, accogliente e dotato di ogni comfort immaginabile. La casa è meravigliosamente attrezzata, con tutto il necessario per rendere il soggiorno perfetto. Dalla cucina ben fornita agli spazi arredati con gusto, ogni angolo della casa riflette la dedizione e la cura dei proprietari. Pasquale e la sua compagna sono persone straordinarie, sempre disponibili e pronte a rendere il nostro soggiorno il più piacevole possibile. La loro gentilezza e ospitalità ci hanno fatto sentire come a casa fin dal primo momento. Appartamento al secondo piano senza ascensore in una casa antica ma ristrutturato con gusto e molto funzionale. Fornito di tutte le comodità. Host e famiglia molto disponibili e cordiali. ci siamo trovati molto bene

Ho soggiornato a Villetta Paradiso e che dire, posizione ottima, il mare si raggiunge in meno di 10 minuti a piedi e quindi anche il lungo mare di sera, che offre un’ampia scelta di locali dove fermarsi per cena o anche solo per sorseggiare un drink. Vicinissima anche ad un supermercato. Appartamento pulito, esattamente uguale alla descrizione e host super gentili.

В мае останавливались в квартире, когда путешествовали по югу. Долго искали апартаменты чтоб соответствовали цена и качество, и нашли эту квартиру. Она оказалась даже лучше чем на фото. Квартира двухэтажная, чистая, светлая, уютная. Всё необходимое для комфортного проживания и отдыха в квартире есть. Так же нас порадовал небольшой, ухоженный двор, где растут лимон, мандарины, гранат, бугельвиль, где можно утром в тени деревьев и под пение птиц, насладиться свежесваренным кофе, а так же всей семьёй вечером на улице по-ужинать. Ещё нам понравилось и само расположение квартиры, до моря одна минута спокойным шагом. Рядом с квартирой можно поставить машину. Пляж большой, чистый (в мае уже был убран), с белым песком. Рядом с апартаментами, в шаговой доступности несколько кафе, магазинов с товарами первой необходимости. Чуть подальше ( на машине 5 мин) большой супермаркет. Хозяйка квартиры очень приветливая и дружелюбная, всё нам рассказала, показала. Всегда была на связи.

Alloggio ben organizzato e pulito, facilmente raggiungibile ed in posizione strategica per poter raggiungere tutti luoghi della costa degli dei. Aerea molto silenziosa e tranquilla. Cucina ben fornita di ogni utensile e giardino privato molto accogliente. Rosa è sempre stata un host presente ad ogni nostra richiesta ed informazione.

Alloggio che ha rispettato le caratteristiche presenti nell'annuncio. Comodo e indipendente. Host Daniele molto disponibile fin dalla prenotazione con tanti consigli forniti per la nostra permanenza. Ottima location. Bella la casa, ben organizzata con tutto l’essenziale e ben posizionata davanti alla piscina e vicina all’accesso al mare tramite la pineta. Bella la piscina e bella la spiaggia. Peccato che il mare sia stato sporco per qualche giorno, ma questo non dipende dal residence in cui si trova la casa. Residence curato e pulito e soprattutto tranquillo e silenzioso. Buona posizione anche per raggiungere le spiagge verso sud e Reggio Calabria. Bel giardino intorno alla casa, attrezzato per mangiare all’esterno. Comodo barbecue. Grazie anche alla disponibilità di Ludmila che ci ha dato validi consigli.
