Charming cottage in the countryside at 200 m from the beach (equipped with restaurants and bars), in absolute tranquility. All rooms are situated on the ground floor. It consists of a double bedroom, a windowed bathroom with tub and shower, a kitchen-living room with a table for 6 people and a sofa bed for two people. There is a porch adjoining the entrance. In the garden there is a barbecue and a table. At about 1 km (in the center) are: bakery, supermarket, bar, newspapers and tobacco, pizzerias and restaurants, butchers, and pharmacy). From here the coach to Salò, Desenzano and Brescia. TV: italian, english, french, spanish and german channels are available.

Die Unterkunft hatte eine wunderschöne Aussicht. Der See erstreckt sich über gesamte Breite des Appartements. Das Aufwachen und Raustreten auf die Terrasse war einmalig. Die Kommunikation war sehr nett, unverzüglich und proaktiv. Das Ambiente am Pool zwischen den Olivenbäumen war auch sehr malerisch. Vielen Dank für die sehr, sehr schöne Zeit am Gardasee.

Wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt! Fulvio war jederzeit für uns bei Fragen erreichbar und hat uns diese beantwortet und Hilfe angeboten! Die Aussicht auf den Gardasee vom Balkon ist traumhaft und hat uns jeden Tag aufs Neue begeistert! Um den See zu erreichen muss man allerdings etwas laufen oder das Auto wählen. Kostenfreie Parkmöglichkeiten sind ebenfalls mit etwas Fußweg reichlich vorhanden! Wir haben die Zeit sehr genossen!

Casa Iris è un ottimo punto di appoggio per esplorare il lago di Garda e Fabio è un host eccezionale. L'appartamento, dotato di ogni comfort, è in un residence con una piscina quasi olimpionica. Si trova a soli 350m dalle spiagge, dalla passeggiata pedonale e dai bar/ristoranti del Lido di Manerba. Proprio sotto l'appartamento c'è un ristorante pizzeria che è fantastico per mangiare fuori se non si vuole cucinare in casa (nessun fastidio particolare dalla prossimità). Fabio si prende cura dei suoi ospiti dando suggerimenti sui dintorni e intervenendo per risolvere eventuali problemi. Consigliatissimo.

Wir hatten einen super Aufenthalt in der Wohnung von Claudio. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Wohnung war sauber und gut ausgestattet. Mit dem Auto ist die Wohnung gut erreichbar und es sind gute Parkmöglichkeiten vorhanden. Die Aussicht vom Balkon auf den Gardasee ist traumhaft. Die gesamte Anlage ist sehr gepflegt, ruhig, mit Pool und direktem Seezugang. Claudio schickte im Vorfeld umfangreiche Informationen und war jederzeit gut erreichbar, antwortete schnell und war hilfsbereit.

Wir hatten eine gute Zeit dort. Und wir hatten großes Glück mit dem Wetter. Wenn die Sonne scheint, kann man den Garten und den Strand gut genießen. Bei unserer Ankunft wurden wir kurz empfangen und man hat uns gezeigt, wie es mit dem Eingangstor funktioniert. Die Kommunikation und die Anweisungen sind gut und auf Nachrichten beziehungsweise Fragen wird schnell reagiert. Die Wohnung ist (wie in anderen Bewertungen beschrieben) etwas einfach gehalten, aber trotzdem hat man alles, was man braucht. Ausschlaggebend für unsere Buchung war sowieso die Lage am Wasser und der Garten. Es gibt weitere Wohnungen für andere Gäste im Haus, aber es war zu keiner Zeit ein Problem. Wenn es sich anbieten sollte, würden wir auf jeden Fall wieder kommen :)
