Vacation rentals with a patio in Mandriola

Little paradise close to sea and close to mountains as well 🤩 It has really exceeded our expectations. The apartment was very clean and very well equipped. There is almost nobody around so it’s very private. (There is a road nearby but the place is still peaceful and calm because there are not so many cars and there is a nice barrier from trees and bushes). Our little son loved the playground and the big beautiful garden. You just can spent even whole vacation there because it’s so lovely to just sit at the terrace and enjoy the atmosphere. It’s hard to describe it with words, it has to be experienced. 🥰 At last but not least the host Arianna was very nice, proactive and helpful and the communication was very pleasant. If you decide to check the surroundings the best beach around was definitely “Spiaggetta del’Arco - even during little windy and cooler days (we visited outside the season) there was a calm see, no wind and warmer air.

The apartment is in a very good location in the heart of the colorful village of Bosa. The restaurants and the main square are quite close. The apartment has a very pleasant and peaceful terrace. Rachel is a very available and responsive host. I recommend this property if you are visiting Bosa.

Spontaneous check-in, Leonardo came to the reception within 10 minutes and brought us to the apartment. In the house are 4 apartment, we were the only guests. It was super private and quiet. Leonardo always responded immediately and was super friendly when we had an issue. The apartment was super clean, the bathroom very modern. In the apartment/bathroom the drain smells, but that's probably due to the age of the houses. Just let some water run and air on. We didn't have any mosquitoes in the apartment and nice quiet nights.

Carlo and Antonella were the perfect hosts and Casa Funtanedda was a great stay for our first trip to Sardinia. They were so warm and welcoming, incredibly attentive and beyond helpful: we had a few problems with our car rental at the start of our stay and they went above and beyond to help us to try and sort it out- we’ll be forever grateful! The accommodation was lovely and as stated in the ad, we’d stay again- a huge thank you to you both!

We spent 10 days in Alessandro's beautiful apartment, perfectly matching the description and in a great location to visit all the most beautiful beaches of Sinis. Alessandro was always available and provided us with useful information for the vacation. Upon our arrival he had left us a basket of breakfast products, milk, water, beers in the fridge and a welcome bottle of local wine.... This is called a real welcome. We had a wonderful vacation, definitely to be repeated.

We were hosted very well by Antonio. The house is clean, spacious, very nice, well equipped. Beautiful terrace for an aperitif at the end of the day facing the sea. It is also very well located geographically. We took beautiful motorbike rides, visited Alghero, Bosa, the archaeological site of Tharros... We highly recommend this host whom we will be sure to request again.

Very friendly and helpful host. Location is top if you want good beaches and restaurants. Many activities to do nearby or by a short 1-2h drive. location felt safe and the apartment is fairly priced.

It feels like I'm visiting a good friend. Coziness and warmth (the stove worked in October!!!) just beyond praise the hostess Graziella. I helped to organize free time in the vicinity (reported about fairs in the nearest villages), the car spent the night in front of the house for free, juices, fruits, water (very useful) were waiting for us in the fridge. I recommend it to everyone. You won't be able to.

Very nice and spacious home, as pictured. Super nice and helpful owners. From the beginning, they were incredibly welcoming and ready to answer all our questions, making us feel comfortable right away. During our stay, they showed really special care and attention, making sure we didn't miss anything and providing great tips on what to visit nearby. We highly recommend this property to anyone looking for an authentic and pleasant experience. We can't wait to go back!

I had the opportunity to stay in this beautiful suite and I must say that I was very impressed. The house was fantastic, just finished building and perfectly clean in every corner. The location of the apartment is simply perfect, in the center of the island and immersed in a very quiet and green area. The private and super cute garden was ideal for relaxing. What made my stay even more special was the attention to detail and kindness of the hosts Daniele and Alice. They waited for my arrival and made me feel right at home. During my stay, they were always available for any questions or needs and did everything to ensure a comfortable and pleasant stay. I highly recommend Al Borgo to anyone looking for a clean, quiet and relaxing place. It is very difficult to find facilities that offer exclusive and unlimited use of services such as an outdoor spa with heated water, a Turkish bath, and a hot tub.

Sa Domu Linda is a beautiful house, very well cared for, very comfortable and in a strategic area to enjoy all the most beautiful beaches nearby within a 10/15 minute drive. Narbolia is a quiet village but if necessary offers all the services, medical guard and pharmacy. There are also large supermarkets and discounts in the area, and Oristano is a 15-minute drive for a downtown ride and a little leisure. Linda was an excellent host, I asked her for various favors and advice and she always responded immediately, going out of her way to meet me. The entire stay. Thanks to you, you far exceeded expectations. I recommend it to everyone and if I came back to the area in the future, I would definitely choose this place again! Highly recommended, no flawless!

Very nice little private house

Welcome to paradise! Ivan and Leo's house is beautiful, made with immense taste, the garden you can use is also fantastic. The village is very nice and we had a great time to visit the surroundings but also the coast. We'll be back with an immense pleasure very soon !! Thank you for everything !!

The house is in a quiet location, at the entrance of San Leonardo. It is equipped with everything and is surrounded by a beautiful fenced-in garden, where we and our three dogs had a great time. Around, in addition to the park that can be reached in two minutes on foot, there are itineraries in the woods that lead to secluded fountains and incredible nuraghi. Roberta is always available for advice and any need.

A handy place to stay not far from tge centre of Bosa. Roomy apartment with everything you need for a great stay.

If you plan on visiting Bosa (and you should!) look no further than this lovely apartment. Well located on a quiet street, it was easy to find and get inside. And parking right on the street in front of the house. The host and his/her staff are fabulous! Very helpful and responsive to our every need! ( including our locking ourselves out). We were 2 elderly/old/kinda old couples and our stay was perfect. Nothing to improve on! Grazie tanto per tutti! Ciao!

Absolutely lovely stay! Gorgeous and spotlessly clean. Luciana and her daughter were extremely helpful and friendly, and their family restaurant is excellent. It worked great for us and our 1 year old. Would love to come back one day!

Tidy, cozy, and fragrant house. Extremely consistent with the photos and description that was given. The house was also equipped with everything you need to keep it clean. Spacious house with excellent value for money. Perfect for a quiet vacation in Oristano

The place was super nice & clean. We didn't miss anything. Within walking distance there is a Lidl and you can also reach the city in 15 minutes. Gianluca even welcomed us very warmly with a welcome gift and gave us the best recommendations for nearby restaurants, sights and beaches. In addition, he was always very quickly available and extremely helpful! Since my boyfriend is over 1.90 m tall, and a metal frame surrounds the bed, the bed was unfortunately a little too small for him. The apartment is also quite bright, you could often hear the family above us, but never late in the evening or at night. But neither of these changes the fact that we recovered well and had a wonderful time in Sardinia! :)
