It was a great property with plenty of space. Large pool and air conditioning in all rooms. Great restaurants in walkable distance. Would recommend for big groups and families. The service is also quick and the management team is always responsive.

We had an amazing time at this property. Caretakers Manoj & Pramod were always at our service whenever we needed them. The property itself is beautiful & definitely one where you’d want to come back. We spent a lot of time at the villa, which tells you how much at home we felt here. Kudos to everyone involved. Loved it!

Raavi's villa in Assagao is a hidden gem in the heart of Assagao, Goa. A very tastefully restored and designed Portuguese villa nestled in the wilderness of Goa. The villa is fully equipped with everything one needs to have a comfortable and enjoyable holiday. The caretaker also prepared us breakfast every morning and was always available at our disposal. Raavi is super responsive and attentive to guests and we feel lucky to have had the privilege of having lived in the house and being hosted by Raavi and his wonderful on ground team. we definitely intend to come back soon.

We had an amazing stay at Jayant’s villa! The property is absolutely top class –The highlight was definitely the huge private pool, which made our trip extra special. The location couldn’t be better – right in the heart of North Goa, just minutes away from all the popular clubs, beach shacks, and top restaurants. I had a great stay at this property! The place was exactly as described—clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The host was very responsive and helpful throughout the stay. The location was also convenient and peaceful. I’d definitely recommend this place to anyone visiting the area and would love to stay here again in the future.

We were a family group of 16 adults and 5 children. Had an amazing time at the venue. The venue is close enough to the beach but with small children , it also gave us an option of just chilling at home. The caretaker, Laxman, was outstanding. The approach into the venue is a bit challenging for cars to move in , but the owner had a parking place nearby. He even gave a two wheeler for us to move around. Overall, we had an amazing time and we would love to get there again.

I had the most lovely stay for my last two days in India and Smita was just the kindest host ever! She helped me with everything and gave me advice for local restaurants, places to visit, food delivery - you cannot ask for a better host and the place is just beautiful and quiet, surrounded by palmtree forests and the river: dreamy! Honest Review: A Perfect Getaway Spot for Large Groups & Families We recently stayed at this amazing property and had an absolutely wonderful experience. If you're planning a trip with a large group — especially with kids — this place is just perfect! The living room and balcony are super spacious, giving everyone plenty of room to relax, chat, and just enjoy each other’s company. There’s a TV and a Bluetooth speaker provided, which added a nice touch for entertainment during our stay. The rooms were very clean, and the bathrooms were hygienic and well-maintained with surprisingly good quality water — something that’s often overlooked but so important. The air conditioning in all rooms worked really well, which was a total blessing considering the hot climate during our visit. We were also impressed by the swimming pool — sparkling clean and just the right size for both kids and adults to enjoy. Plus, the parking space easily accommodated 4 to 5 cars, which made arrivals and depart

Had an incredible stay! Angira, the host was absolutely amazing—super responsive and made everything seamless from check-in to check-out. The house itself is just perfect: great vibes, A1 location, and the ventilation is honestly underrated—so breezy and comfortable. Bonus: she owns an awesome bar right next door called Pablos—highly recommend dropping by for a drink or two. It’s the kind of spot you’ll want to keep coming back to. Would 100% stay again!

The kitchen was well-equipped, making it easy for us to prepare meals, and the bedrooms were cozy and well-appointed, ensuring a restful stay. What made our experience even more special was the warm hospitality of Aman. Whether it was assisting with local recommendations or making sure our stay was smooth, he went above and beyond. The location was another plus—nestled in a peaceful part of Anjuna, yet just a short drive away from the beach. Overall, the villa was the perfect choice for our celebration, and we couldn’t have asked for a better.

Our stay at Clockwisetrip was very good. The owner responded very quickly to all our requests and the place very well resembled all it's descriptions. It was very much worth it's price and would definitely come again!

We had a very nice stay. The place is located in a residential area, with a great pool and very quite. The pros for this in my opinion is the respect for ones privacy and tranquility of the location. The house is very spacious, each room has a private shower and toilet so you could easily stay with friends. The pool was beautiful and just outside the house. Main plus in my opinion. You can drive with a scooter to nice restaurants in the area, just keep in mind that a car/scooter/taxi is mandatory to get around. Overall we had a nice calm stay, and Revati was communicative when needed.

I had a wonderful 2-day stay at this beautiful apartment in Siolim, located just behind Domino’s - a very convenient and central spot. The apartment is tastefully designed with stunning Bohemian interiors that immediately make you feel relaxed and at home. The living room was quite spacious, with an attached open kitchen that was both functional and stylish. The Boho decor - from the earthy tones and natural textures to the cozy furnishings and thoughtful decorative pieces - added a lot of charm and character to the space. Every corner of the apartment felt thoughtfully curated and very well maintained. The cleanliness was top-notch, and everything looked freshly done. Special mention to the host Hem, he was extremely nice, friendly, and approachable - very responsive and genuinely caring throughout the stay. I had no issues at all and thoroughly enjoyed the experience. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a peaceful, stylish, and comfortable stay in Siolim.

Had a great stay here. The beach is just a few mins away and they give you a pass to go through elsewhere to access the beach. The rooms were also super clean. The host was also super helpful. Lots of great restaurants to try also in and around the area
