It was a great property with plenty of space. Large pool and air conditioning in all rooms. Great restaurants in walkable distance. Would recommend for big groups and families. The service is also quick and the management team is always responsive.

Raavi's villa in Assagao is a hidden gem in the heart of Assagao, Goa. A very tastefully restored and designed Portuguese villa nestled in the wilderness of Goa. The villa is fully equipped with everything one needs to have a comfortable and enjoyable holiday. The caretaker also prepared us breakfast every morning and was always available at our disposal. Raavi is super responsive and attentive to guests and we feel lucky to have had the privilege of having lived in the house and being hosted by Raavi and his wonderful on ground team. we definitely intend to come back soon.

We just wrapped up an unforgettable stay at this brand-new 3BHK villa—and it exceeded every expectation! Plush interiors, spacious ensuite bedrooms with verandahs, and a gleaming private pool (highly chlorinated—our feet got a free spa peel!). Sharvil was an exceptionally responsive and generous host, and Masud—our friendly caretaker—made the best poha in all of India, delighting our kids with his kindness. Booking taxis via GoaMiles was effortless, and Zomato drivers had no trouble finding us. This luxurious, serene escape is perfect for families or groups seeking comfort and convenience. We loved every moment and can’t wait to return!

I had the most lovely stay for my last two days in India and Smita was just the kindest host ever! She helped me with everything and gave me advice for local restaurants, places to visit, food delivery - you cannot ask for a better host and the place is just beautiful and quiet, surrounded by palmtree forests and the river: dreamy! A very laid back and relaxed location. There is a small alleyway that will lead you straight to ashvem beach, 3-5 by walk. Melvin is always available and super helpful. Spotless and clean home.

If you're planning a trip with a large group — especially with kids — this place is just perfect! The living room and balcony are super spacious, giving everyone plenty of room to relax, chat, and just enjoy each other’s company. There’s a TV and a Bluetooth speaker provided, which added a nice touch for entertainment during our stay. The rooms were very clean, and the bathrooms were hygienic and well-maintained with surprisingly good quality water — something that’s often overlooked but so important. The air conditioning in all rooms worked really well, which was a total blessing considering the hot climate during our visit. We were also impressed by the swimming pool — sparkling clean and just the right size for both kids and adults to enjoy. The house itself is just perfect: great vibes, A1 location, and the ventilation is honestly underrated—so breezy and comfortable. The location was another plus—nestled in a peaceful part of Anjuna, yet just a short drive away from the beach. Overall, the villa was the perfect choice for our celebration, and we couldn’t have asked for a better.

We had a very nice stay. The place is located in a residential area, with a great pool and very quite. The pros for this in my opinion is the respect for ones privacy and tranquility of the location. The house is very spacious, each room has a private shower and toilet so you could easily stay with friends. The pool was beautiful and just outside the house. Main plus in my opinion. You can drive with a scooter to nice restaurants in the area, just keep in mind that a car/scooter/taxi is mandatory to get around. Overall we had a nice calm stay, and Revati was communicative when needed.

I had a wonderful 2-day stay at this beautiful apartment in Siolim, located just behind Domino’s - a very convenient and central spot. The apartment is tastefully designed with stunning Bohemian interiors that immediately make you feel relaxed and at home. The living room was quite spacious, with an attached open kitchen that was both functional and stylish. The Boho decor - from the earthy tones and natural textures to the cozy furnishings and thoughtful decorative pieces - added a lot of charm and character to the space. Every corner of the apartment felt thoughtfully curated and very well maintained. The cleanliness was top-notch, and everything looked freshly done. Special mention to the host Hem, he was extremely nice, friendly, and approachable - very responsive and genuinely caring throughout the stay. I had no issues at all and thoroughly enjoyed the experience. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a peaceful, stylish, and comfortable stay in Siolim.

Had a great stay here. The beach is just a few mins away and they give you a pass to go through elsewhere to access the beach. The rooms were also super clean. The host was also super helpful. Lots of great restaurants to try also in and around the area

A lovely 2bhk apartment at a great location. Just about 2 mins walking distance from the beach. A min if u take the shortcut! Aesthetically pleasing design, very well equipped, very clean, with a lovely pool. Very private and no disturbance. We had a great time doing our own cooking with a very functional well equipped kitchen. Beautiful furnitures and everything looks new and clean. You get all the basic amenities and more provided like umbrellas, hair dryers, toiletries etc. the hosts have taken great care in designing and maintaining the property. And they are so responsive and easily reachable for any queries. Would totally recommend this lovely place! Totally worth the affordable price too!
