Rukmani is very helpful. I had a. One year old with me , She guided me as to what I can carry with me to prepare for her. What kitchen items are available that can be hellful for me.i requested an early check in. She managed to keep the place ready before we arrived. Felt very homely. My daughter enjoyed the pool and the place. She had enough space to move around and play. I would recommend this place to anyone looking for a place that’s homely safe and private.

Easy location (central too!) Easy flexible check in. The COOLEST welcome- literally! The lights and AC had been turned on already to welcome us - what more could one ask for coming in from the sweltering heat of May! The place was love at first sight! Absolutely true to the pictures, in fact even better in person. Spotless. Tasteful decor, every piece seemed painstakingly handpicked. The room was super cozy. The washing machine and dryer were a big boon. The green and happy balcony one wouldn’t want to leave! The gym and pool upstairs were simply perfect to cool off in the evenings. Every little detail was taken care of and any help required was just a quick phone call away. Our 4 days there felt absolutely at home. And the temptation to extend the stay was real!!! When i short listed this property , there were some odd reviews . Trust me , with all respect to others who have posted these reviews, there was absolutely no issues at all. had supported in slightly early check-in as we were driving down from bangalore . His staff welcomed us with a smooth check in and showed us all facilities with instructions. Place was very cozy with comfortable furniture and good kitchen with enough utensils. We cooked 2 days with out any hassles . Ofcourse there were one tile broken in the living and bathroom and a stand broken in bathroom which will no way hamper ur holiday stay . Nice balcony with pool facing and we loved our coffee there .over all my whole family loved it. There were lot of options in airbnb, but we r so happy that we finalised on this property 😀

Had a lovely stay. The place met all my expectations and it was just like what was mentioned in the listing. The place is located in a very peaceful locality and is surrounded by greenery all around. This trip was special as my mom who is 83 years old was travelling with me. I had few special requirements for her sake and Abhash went out of his way to make all the arrangements and our stay comfortable. The place is ideally located with many eating joints around and also for visiting the nearby beaches. The caretaker too was very helpful and visited daily for cleaning the premises. All in all had a wonderful long stay (2 weeks). Would highly recommend it for a great stay and will definitely be visiting the place again. Thank you Abhash for being a super host!👍

The place was as described in the pictures and detailed description. Our caretakers Rubel was very prompt with the requests or issues. Wi-Fi was giving issues in the initial one day due to heavy rainfall and stormy weather but Rubel sorted that out with another connection. Overall hygiene and cleaniness was amazing. House amenities are all well maintained. The balcony view was great and really comfortable to sit especially on the oval swing.

We had a truly wonderful stay! The place was incredibly neat and clean, everything was perfect from the moment we arrived. The host clearly paid attention to every little detail put into every part of this home, which made us feel very welcomed and comfortable. The home is fully equipped with everything you could possibly need and is so well maintained on a daily basis - it felt like staying at a high-end hotel with the warmth of a home. The Aloha Team was fantastic, proactive, attentive, and always catering to our needs without us even having to ask. The location itself was amazing and super convenient, making it easy to explore and relax. I would absolutely recommend this to anyone looking for a lovely staycation. We thoroughly enjoyed our time and would love to return!

Had a great family time with our dogs at the villa. The location is great, with both beaches and popular spots within a 30 min radius. Manoj and his team were prompt and very helpful - they did a brilliant job cleaning up everyday to make us feel right at home

It is extremely difficult finding a place to accommodate for 20+ people, and also ensuring that each day no quality in regards to hygiene and hospitality is sacrificed. The Raina Villa's 8BHK accommodation was truly a blessing! Saransh was extremely helpful throughout the booking process, and was an extremely patient and an understanding host for all of us throughout the trip. The housekeepers- Rocky and Gautham were extremely hospitable, kind and were there anytime we needed them, they ensured that everyday we came back to spotless rooms and ensured that the remarkable experience of first walking into the villa was maintained throughout our vacation. We would all recommend this villa due to it's price, location, quality along with the hospitable nature both Saransh and the housekeeping provided, and we cannot wait to stay at the Raina Villas again!
