Apartment Fallnhauser - Adults only This cosy, lakeside studio-apartment for double occupancy offers every convenience to ensure a perfect holiday in all seasons. The charming house is conveniently located in the historic part of the village, situated above the lake side road, offering breathtaking views. Due to its location, the apartment is only accessible via STAIRS, and is therefore not suitable for a wheelchair! It is a non-smoking house. Pets are not allowed. NOT SUITED for CHILDREN!

This is a hiking paradise full of sport opportunities. The Planai Bikepark in Schladming supports all levels and types of cycling activities. The World Heritage town of Hallstatt is behind the mountain (1 hour drive) and the Dachstein glacier is at the end of the yard with hiking, climbing and via ferrata options.

The apartment Theresia is located on a beautiful and sunny mountainside with a breathtaking panorama view of the surrounding Alps. The closest hiking trails and cross-country skiing tracks are only 200m away from the apartment and you can start them right behind the house. From the end of May until mid October, the »Summercard« is included in each booking, which allows you to go on many adventures for free (entrance to the Dachstein glacier, bathing lakes, cable cars, busses, ...).

Only a few minutes separate you from the Planai valley station, hiking trails and diverse mountain bike routes. Relax in the quiet surroundings, or be active in sports. However you want. The house is located directly on a ski mountain and on the cross-country ski trail. Hiking trails lead away from the house. In 8 minutes' walk, you can reach a sports shop, the bus stop and the lake. Culinary, only 5 minutes' walk, there is a café, a pizzeria and 2 restaurants. Or you can get the mushrooms and berries from the forest right behind the house.

For our apartments in the heart of the village and right next to the nature reserve, we do not need a restaurant, bar or room service in the house, as everything is just a few steps away and everyone can find something for their taste and budget. In contrast, we want to score with style and comfort. So, no more guilty conscience for all late risers who regularly oversleep the expensive breakfast on vacation.
